"Rooftop pool and restaurant is a rare find. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Early check in comes at a price but they are accommodating and will always take your bags regardless of the time. "

"Super close to Plaza de armas so you're able to go back to nap. Laundry is near by, wifi is super strong. Check in and out is very easy and the lobby is beautiful. My only bad experience is that the front staff said I was too early to check in (which I was) but if I signed up for the hotel loyalty program, I could go in my room earlier. Problem was, my friend was already checked in and in the room. So I declined and asked to just go up. He said I couldn't LOL. Not sure if it was a language barrier thing but I asked him to check with his supervisor and they eventually let me go up. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely come back"
