The beds were too hard. I only stayed for a few hours and checked out due to the beds being too hard and they refuse to give me a refund. I understand the 24 cancellation policy, but there is always exceptions especially when they could have resold the room for the night at I checked out with enough time for them the spruce up the room.

It was clean and close to attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly. It has one of the best bkfts for their customers I've ever seen. Will be going back!

Room 127 had a window that wouldn't latch with broken glass. The fridge had standing water and smelled awful. They moved us to room 115 and it wasn't cleaned. I have photographs and canceled our stay. I'm waiting on the owner to give me a refund.
