Many of the features advertised in their description and images were not available. My room had no working AC, no toilet paper, only a thick blanket to sleep with, and no desk to work at. The "soundproof walls" kept out none of the noises from inside or outside of the building, and I did not have blackout curtains. Staff are impossible to get ahold of. I was told somebody would come by to fix the AC and bring toilet paper at the least, and nobody ever showed up. Other tenants who were having issues checking in were able to directly video call my private room through a bright touchscreen panel that woke me up repeatedly. Initial deposit is twice as high as other hotels, and can only be sent via Zelle and CashApp. Property is listed at $50, but then booking it comes with another $150 in "taxes and fees" which made it barely cheaper than other normal hotels. Definitely will not be staying again.

The property was a great stay for my roots picnic weekend trip. I felt safe within the property, it was very well kept. The space was a perfect size for just me and the staff were easily accessible and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

So first things first ... this location is in a ROUGH part of Philly (aka Ghetto) it's like
west Philly but more north so I guess NorthWest . I used to live there so I didnt mind and I grew up in the hood . For the price I was willing to put up with it . So I get there and the room looks waaaaaay smaller in person than what the pics showed but it was cute . you do have ur own shower kitchenette and bathroom which is convenient if your staying longer . When I get there I met the property manager who was friendly . He showed me to my room . When he left from checking me in noticed there was no tv remote And the AC was not working . I initially was told "the ac will Be on shortly". And the remote control I was FIRST told to download some APP that he didn't have a name for ....I feel he was just GUESSING instead of actually coming to FIND OUT what was going on . I went back & forth with him explaining that in order to use a REMOTE app it needs to be linked to the tv via the TV REMOTE. He then said he doesn't leave the remotes in the room then it tuned into I have to storage to Get it and it'll Be around 6pm .....by this time it was like 240 . I waited about 40 minutes then sent another message asking about the AC. I was told that it would be running shortly it just needed freeon. Another hour went by with ZERO update or ZERO communication about the issue I had to keep texting and waiting for him to to respond which wasn't always right away as it should be . Then I said let me

The property was clean and had everything you needed for a few nights stay, including a private bathroom and washer/dryer unit within the facility, important and needed. It was also my first time having electronic entry which I found extra safe and reliable when it comes to break-ins. Alot of people put their guard down when on vacation and find they're easily robbed. It was big enough tb roomy yet small enough so it's not overwhelming.

The property was located in a very sketchy neighborhood where we did not feel at all safe. We expected the rooms to be small and newly constructed but did not expect to arrive to the water being turned off, the air conditioner not working, the room not being fully cleaned - with trash still in the garbage can and the previous guests' full complement of supplies in the medicine cabinet. There were construction holes in the wall that weren't patched, there was no way to turn on the bedside lights, other light switches were not functional, some cabinets were missing hardware, only hot water ran in the kitchen sink and the sinks were so small that it was almost impossible to brush our teeth. Not to mention that the bed was not fully made, with only a fitted sheet and a light quilt, no top sheet. While the concept was adorable and the price reasonable, those factors don't outweigh the negatives. We will never stay there again. Please note that if you are a larger than average sized person you won't fit in the doorway or in the bathroom. We are average size and we had to turn sideways to walk in.
