For the price and location, this hotel was great. We loved that there was a kitchenette in the room. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. WiFi and chrome cast connection to the tv were a tad slow, but overall we had a great stay here!
GREAT STAY, however I expected a more from the breakfast options

Staff was very very polite and accommodating. I came for the Broad Street run and they allowed me late checkout because of the closed roads.

I ONLY booked this hotel based on 2 facts: they have a hot tub and an on-site restaurant/ bar. Neither were operational for my stay. The hot tub wasn't hot, and they didn't have staff for the bar/restaurant, so it was completely closed. I wouldn't recommend this place if those options are your deciding factors.

This property is spotless, very clean, well managed, and the service provided by the front desk is outstanding, Ms Laurie provided excellent and courteous service. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is the best around. I highly recommend this property.

I reserved a certain room type (King bed with tub) and when we got there, they told us this option wasn't available. I questioned the price of the room, and they said it was the same as the others.
One of the two elevators was out of service, but we found the stairs and got some exercise.
The location was good for shopping at King of Prussia and my 12 y/o daughter and I felt safe. The indoor pool area was nice as well.
I sent a message and asked if they would write a note to my daughter to tell her Happy Birthday when we got there and they went above and beyond! They left her a plate of cookies and milk in the fridge.

I did not get to check in at all. Arrived at the property ag 2:44 pm. I was told the room was not ready and it will be a 10 min wait and I would be texted when the room was ready. I waited for about one hour and the room was still not ready. I started getting anxiety as more and more people were trying to check in and were forced to wait. I asked for a refund and cancellation but the hotel asked Expedia to initiate the refund request. I contacted Expedia and your agent tried to speak to the hotel but they hung up on him. I ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. In the end, the email about the room being ready was sent to me at 5:56 pm, almost 3 hours later. If I had stayed there, I would have wasted the entire day in a lobby. I still want the money back for this hotel charge and I am waiting for a confirmation of a refund from Expedia.

The pool was GREAT - a good size and it was incredibly warm. The breakfast spread was large and high quaility too. The room was very spacious. The restaurant was convenient, and there was even a pool table available to use. The only downside was one elevator wasn't functioning and it is situated next to the highway. HOWEVER, these do not outweigh all the other positives.

The room was very spacious and the staff was wonderful. The pool was closed for maintenance but as soon as it open the lady at the front desk made sure she call out room to let us know it was open. Great parking, amazing breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again

This was my 3rd time staying at this location , close to a major mall , shopping , high end to mid level dining , tons to do , porperty and rooms are great , the bar area was really nice , we got some drinks and relaxed

Terrible place for me. Check in was 3 and sat and waited till 3:45. Room was a so dusty on Frig uncalled for. Kids running in hallway all hours of the night. Couldn’t have breakfast because no where to sit. So I complained in morning and when I got back on road to drive 6 hrs they told me on phone they credit only my drinks for $25 but not the room at all. This uncalled for and very unprofessional place trying take your money but when they mess up they don’t fix it at all. They quick to take your money but remember they won’t give it back because of there faults

This property was amazing. They helped us when we booked through Expedia and the room type Expedia had did not exist at the hotel. The hotel staff was very apologetic and took care of us and worked with us to attempt to get a refund from Expedia as we were overcharged for a nonexistent room. The hotel was fantastic. Expedia is still checking on the issue and hasn’t refunded us. Not the hotels fault and the desk took note to contact Expedia to hopefully pull that room type off so others don’t end up in the same boat. Would definitely recommend. Don’t book a 2 queen bed with sofa bed accessible room through Expedia as it doesn’t exist.
