Connected to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Gallery Mall via skywalk, Marriott Philadelphia Downtown is in central Center City Philadelphia. Constitution Center, Independence Hall, and the Liberty Bell are eight blocks away.

Rooms are located in the 23-story main building or the nine-story deluxe building, a renovated 1893 historic structure connected to the main building via skywalk.
Rooms also include high-speed Internet access (surcharge), premium TV channels, pay movies, and video games (surcharge). Marriott's "Wired for Business" service is available, and includes high-speed Internet access, unlimited local calls, and long distance calls within the United States for a daily fee. Refrigerators are available on request.

Boat tours operate on the Delaware River. Public golf courses are located within five miles of the hotel, including Franklin D. Roosevelt Golf Club, Cobbs Creek Golf Club, and Juniata Golf Course.

“My Happy Place in Philly”
Quick and effecient responses to requests (for wine glasses and fridge). Smooth check-in and check-out. Were accomodating to our group putting us within a few doors of each other. Amazing location for the Philadelphia Flower Show, shopping, dining and old-town sights.
“Ideal location. Great beds”
Great location. Connected to the convention center. Convenient to good local restaurants.
“Please save water”
My only request: Ask if people would not desire to use up excessive water by replacing the towels and sheets so often. I requested they not be replaced until I left (4 day stay), but that did not happen.

Lovely room, great stay - had my 17-yr old daughter with me at a conference and she thought the hotel was wonderful; had cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in 13 were great.
“Great location and hotel”
The hotel was beautiful, the room was nice and close to a lot of area attractions. I didn't like not having a fan in the bathroom as that is a nice thing to have. The breakfast buffet that was offered in 13 was good and the price was decent as well. We were immediately checked in and our room was ready when we arrived which was great.

“Irish Dancers”
The hotel is great, awesome staff, great bar and food. But during the Thanksgiving Weekend they hold a National Irish Dance Competition and the place is jammed with LITTLE KIDS and drunk Irish people! I would stay there again because I know now what's going on. Gotta Love a Marriott!!!
“Great Hotel”
The hotel is a great place to stay because of many reasons. First the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of fun places, as well as, historical sites. Independence Hall is just down the street. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. the rooms are large, decorative and very clean! The hotel has a great bar for relaxing and wonderful food in the hotel restaurant. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are wanting a secure, clean environment away from home.
“Great place for downtown and historic district”
Ideal Location. Great with the Starbucks in the Lobby and the 24 h Supermarket across the street. It's big and slightly anonymous but the right place to stay if you want to check out downtown and the historic dictrict. If the price is right, go for it.
“Soccer convention hotel”
Very good hotel connected to the convention centre without having to go outside. Close to lots of good restaurants and bars and tourist attractions.
