Nothing boutique about this place. The gym is subpar. The pool area is awful. All the photos made this place look amazing but in reality it’s a disappointment. The free breakfast was gross. It runs from 6-10 but the food is only brought out at 6 then left to sit and wilt/brown/dry out if you show up later.

Decent Stay
My stay at Anik was pretty good, especially for the price point. Due to Covid, there was no breakfast buffet, but I was able to choose from a menu of delicious breakfast options. The Eggs Benedict was delicious, as was the other room service I ordered. My main complaint is that the air con shut itself off every hour because it was on a timer, and I was unable to change that. It didn't happen at night, but happened consistently throughout my stay. The internet was also not god enough to be on a video call and open any other websites, so keep that in mind if you will need to make frequent calls.

Very Spacious room and comfortable bed. Although my booking was a double Room but there's another single bed within the room and still with lots of walking space. It will be a suitable hotel for family of 3. Toilet comes with bathtub but the stopper was faulty and their management were quick to rectify it. Breakfast was great especially it's beef soup. Considered a good spread of food with western and local food. Overall my stay has been pleasant and relaxed.

after check in, I got my room with smoking smell. I tried to ask for new room. However, the hotel was fully booked so they tried to solve the issue by putting al lot of refresher. In the end, I smelled the refresher whole night.

Firstly, the information provided on Hotels.com is incorrect. Not all rooms come with a bathtub as we found out. Luckily the hotel did upgrade up to a room with a bathtub but I'm not sure they would be able to do this in peak periods. Secondly check-out time on hotels.com is stated as 1pm, the hotel told us 12pm so I recommend you check to make sure you aren't charged. The room was nice, but could be better. The patio door would not shut properly & we had to get the repairman out to the fridge as it was not working. It still did not get cold enough to freeze anything but did eventually work. The pool is not heated, I wouldn't recommend using it on a night as it was ice cold. We didn't use the Spa/Gym or Skybar area but they do look very well kept. Another thing to note is that the hotel plays very loud music in the corridors. We have no idea why but this often woke us up! The main area (Riverside) is around 10 minutes in a Tuk-Tuk. The drivers do try to get as much out of you as they can, try to pay only $3 per way, we didn't pay anymore than this. Overall I would not be visiting this hotel again. It was very expensive for what we received.

New hotel near the mall
I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the Aeon mall. Otherwise, there is nothing in reasonable walking distance to this hotel. Within a few years, I believe this area will be developed and more things will be in the immediate area. But for now, just know that this is not in a touristy area. This is a very nice hotel. Everything is new. The room is large. The TV reception is very good compared to the last few hotels I used. The breakfast has good variety. The wifi runs well. My major complaint would be the mattress. For a hotel that does so many things well, the mattress is cheap. It sleeps well for now because it is new.

Great location, close to the mall, grocery store walking distance. Huge food court in the mall with some great selection of food. Clean, comfortable room, nice relaxing lobby, exceptionally nice staff. Very comfortable and nice place to stay while exploring the area. Breakfast served in the morning was very good.

Wonderful stay in PhnomPenh
We spent three nights here and had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. The check in and out was fast and easy. The room was very comfortable with great bedding, good fan and air conditioning, excellent internet connection, cable tv, refrigerator and good hot water. The location is a little south of the city center but it is only a five to ten minute walk to a new AEON shopping mall that has more dining and shopping. I strongly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay. I should also mention the clean swimming pool and good breakfast in their restaurant.

I booked at Anik boutique hotel rainbow bridge received booking confirmation had payed for 2 deluxe double rooms when we arrived we were put back in taxi and sent to sister hotel and we had to share room with my brother and his wife this was are last night in Cambodia we were very upset

The GM, Mr Sopath greeted me warmly on my arrival. Due to the overwhelming demand, my room was upgraded and he insisted on showing me the room which I declined as I am pleasantly pleased with an upgraded room. What's there to see in the first place if your room is upgraded? I was there for an art competiton held at the nearby aeon mall. As a spoilt traveller, I wanted a taxi instead of walking. In the end, Mr Sopath sent me there as he was on the way back home. The service given by the stuff was warm Room was well cleaned 5 star service. Overall, it was excellent

The manager and the staff never informed us about the construction and the noise right next door. The pounding and drilling sounds start at 8 am and go through 5:30 pm, including Sundays! The first floor room was so loud, we had to have TV on loud so not to hear the drilling sounds. The problem comes back around 8am, we had to put the pillows over our ears, but it did not work, with the sounds as loud as if in the same room. The sounds end up driving us crazy and we had to move to another hotel. No prior warning or the apology from the management, general manager, or the hotel staff. Lack of training and experience for the receptionist, lack of understanding. The building next door just started the construction, therefore expect the drilling sounds for at least a few months.

Enjoy good staying here for my last night in Phnom Penh. Good, clean and comfortable room with fast internet connection. My tuk tuk driver had difficulties to find it even from my previous hotel at Street 172 near National Museum. New hotel located quite far from action places at Riverfront but just a walking distance to AEON Mall.

Great hotel - and not just for the price!
This has become my home away from home! Very comfortable, with a decent buffet breakfast and great facilities for the business traveller. Far away from most of the tourist spots but it's always easy to catch a tuk tuk outside.

This charming, classy hotel is fantastic for business travellers. Between the business centre, pool, gym and fantastic restaurant (although as is typical for Phnom Penh there isn't much range for vegetarians) there are plenty of comforts here for the worker away from home. It's also conveniently located for Lucky supermarket, an international (and highly recommended) dentist surgery, and Aeon Mall. While it's a little far from the main tourist attractions, there are always tuk tuks nearby and $5 will get you anywhere in the city you wish to go.

Poor location and service
We stayed for one night after our visit to siem reap. The hotel is a bit far out of the city centre and we find that a lot of the tuk tuk drivers do not know where it is even telling them the road name it is on. The hotel has a Cinderella style tuk tuk and we asked how much it was to go to the genocide museum. The hotel staff said if it is one way, it is fine and can take us there. The tuk tuk driver got a bit lost but we got there in the end. However when we checked out of the hotel, they billed us $5USD for that trip when on the way back we only paid $3. The money wasn't an issue but at least make it clear and don't make it sound like is was free! We were meant to have a free airport transfer on our way to the airport, and I confirmed that is the case and our flight time. The manager noted the time we had to leave and said it was fine. When we checked out, it turned out they didn't order a taxi for us, and they were going to charge us $15USD for it. We argued that they agreed the day before and in the end we got one for free albeit setting off a bit later than we wanted to. Apart from the location and service which are bad, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. I wouldn't stay there again due to the location.

Nice, New Hotel with Extremely Friendly Staff
A good solid hotel room with a friendly staff and good western or Cambodian breakfast buffet. Also a plus for us was that it was three doors down from a laundry service which was very reasonable in price. We hired a tuk-tuk driver from outside the hotel on the three days we were there. We would do it again. It was so nice to always have transportation waiting for us. I will say, it might be beneficial to have the hotel send you a tuk-tuk to meet you at the airport or bus station, since it is a new hotel. We arrived at the bus station and had not done this. Our tuk tuk driver had to pull over about three times to ask other people where the hotel was at. Would definitely look to stay here again if in Phnom Penh.

I was once of the first people to stay in this hotel so there were a few wrinkles that needed to be ironed out but the owner is an extremely nice guy and was there every single day to ask me how everything was. I have him suggestions and he said he was going to fix them all so I'm not going to mention what the issues were in the hopes that he did fix them. This was definitely the best value for my money of any hotel I've stayed at in Asia. In some ways it felt like a five star hotel, and overall I'd say a good four stars. For the neighborhood, is my favorite part of Pp to stay, but it is pretty far from the popular places to stay.

가성비 좋다.. 아침도 가격비 먹을만하다 수영장은 형식적이고.. GYM 은 런닝머싱만 있다고 보면된다.. 직원은 상당히 친절하다. 다만 주위 인프라가10분 정도 걸어가면 몰이 있다. 그러나 몰말고 주위 식당은 모두 중국식이고 다른식당은 직원이 대부분 자고있다.... 참고하세요
