The hotel itself doesn't look horrible but the staff are some of the pushiest people you'll meet. There is no service with a smile. It's just service with a give me money attitude. At the restaurant the guy who took my order took a dollar from me when I gave him change. I asked him why he took a dollar and then I said you know tipping is suggestive and you, the worker don't just take money like that. Sure a dollar really isn't much to me but that practice of forced tipping is frowned upon, even in the west. Keep in mind, tipping is not customary in Cambodia, or Asia in the whole.
The room itself isn't much to look at. Not very clean but housekeeping was efficient.
Also, I booked the round trip bus tickets to Angkor Wat, in Siem Reap with them. The wall had the prices listed at $8 one way. The guy charged me $10 and said oh, "the $8 is the slow bus, you don't want that. $10 is faster, free water and toilet." Of course I paid $20 for round trip, and of course it was a lie. No water and on the bus back, there was no toilet and it stopped every 30 minutes to pick up rural farmers on the street. Express bus? I think not. It took 7 hours to get back instead of the 5 hours as stated.
The best part of the hotel was the restaurant on the ground floor. The food is good but as for the rest, I suggest you go look for another hotel
