This hotel is in a busy area for nightlife. Thankfully I was at the back of the hotel but every time I woke up, I could hear lots of noise in the distance. The window that was in my room looked out into the hallway and was covered by a large curtain for privacy so there was no natural light. There is no elevator and there are lots of large stairs. The staff was super friendly and helpful and on Valentines Day they gave all the women a red rose.

Good hotels with some flaws
This hotel is so close to being really good. Everything I liked about it came with downsides though that should be addressed. For example, the rooms are well designed with lots of privacy in the dorms but my bed was super hot inside. The bathroom had a great design with great water pressure but the water barely get above cold. The reception was super nice but lacked the knowledge on the rentals they had. I feel like if they addressed these things, I would comfortably be able to rate them even higher. On the bright side, the hotel is in a very convenient area with shops, restaurants, and 24 hours convenience stores all within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was nice and helpful. It is a convenient area, close to everything. The bars nearby are a bit noisy at night but beside that i recommend this place

Street 130 is such a mellow place. Monsoon adds to that laid back, relaxing atmosphere. The street food in front is delectable. Great place to feel the spirit of the Kingdom.

The room condition is fine but there were hair in bed sheet. it is in the pub street but the room will not he too noise maybe my room is not facing to the street.

ok to good stay
+Good location , had a room high up so reasonably quiet with balcony nice to sit out(think lower sleep would be affected for me ) . Staff friendly enough, safe,tv works water and old iron supplied . - weird smell in reception, no lift , hot water takes around 10 minutes to arrive !

I booked 4 rooms, when we arrived, they said they only had 1 room. then after lots of arguing and 40 wasted minutes, "found" us another 3 rooms. Then 2 of the rooms didn't have hot water, mine had air cond that didn't work. Then when I got the room changed the next day, the hot water only came on during the day, no hot water at night. Staff, especially the ladies, were generally helpful and tried to accommodate, but owner obviously didn't reinvest in the hotel or its upkeep. would not stay in this hotel again, will get worse over time. Also the shampoo / soap smells like something died in it. all 6 of us (6 rooms, as others joined next day), had same issue. we had to buy our own toiletries outside to use.

My Favorite Hotel in Phnom Phenn
More than we expected.Modern large rooms, fantastic bathroom, Sat TV,excellent wifi , near to River front and nightlife. We will stay here again as this Hotel meet all our needs and more. Staff friendly and professional

Monsoon Boutique Hotel
Situated in the downtown and near Mekong Riverfront which is 50 meters away only. Most of the city tour destinations such as Independence monument, Royal Palace, Wat Phnom etc. are nearby. The bars and other nightlife establishments are just outside the hotel. Overall hotel and its facilities are clean and good to stay for solo as well as family. The staff are very good and supportive.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in the heart of the bars and party atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room with balcony was nice, clean and comfortable. No noise from other rooms but is nousy from the partying goinh on outside till around 2am. Good value for money with its location.

Great hotel Right in the middle of the night life
Great hotel...nice rooms in the heart of the action. Close to the river, walking distance to palace and museum. We were there during River festival, which included dragon boat racing fireworks and markets

Comfy but noisy
The room and bathroom were fine. However the room opens onto a hallway that is open to the street at the end . You can hear all the music, vendors, shouting all night. I got no sleep and tried to leave the tv on to drown out the noise.

room service and general cleanliness very good.
Staff very friendly and helpful, felt very comfortable and relaxed here, stayed in room 18, view from balcony severely obscured by tree, but I wasn't too bothered. Was grateful they put me on 1st floor as cannot handle too many flights of stairs (no lifts!!). shower a little uncomfortable with a stone base floor, looks good, but is unpractical would rather have a flat surface. Will stay here again in a few months and recommend it without any doubt.Thank you for a pleasant stay
