Loved this hotel. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was very clean. Beds a little hard but that could be because of preference. Would stay here again!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to dining, shopping, and a hospital with access to the US 60. We have a home in Mesa and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It was very comfortable and had a good breakfast included with the stay.

Was disappointed to see at check in that the pool was closed with no mention on the website. Was not pleased that the hotel did not have a room ready at 3 pm. Person checking us in was able to take someone else’s room for us. Otherwise the staff was friendly and breakfast was good

The property is right off the 60 so it was very convenient for getting to the Renaissance Festival. It is Very clean and the Employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!!

Very clean Hampton. All staff members were great. Breakfast was fantastic. The Dutch brothers coffee out front was an added bonus. Overall good experience.

Check in was quick. Got in early they had room ready. Breakfast was included and overall pretty good. Pool was being updated so no pool. Rooms were very clean.

I've stayed here before. For the price it's not bad. Bed in this room was not very comfortable. Mattress was lumpy and the frame sqeaked every time I moved. People in the room above us were extremely loud, stomping around and dropping a lot of things late at night and early the next morning. May think twice before staying here again.

The air conditioner furnace was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. When we checked in the front desk told us we would have housekeeping every other day which was fine instead of every day but by day 3 they still hadn’t come in to empty trash or provide new towels so we took our own laundry to the front desk and our garbage out and had to ask for more towels. The whole time we stayed there was 0 housekeeping. Also, we booked the hotel because of a pool and hot tub and when we got there the sign said. “No pool or hot tub” “ under construction” . Now I realize that they can’t help it if the pool and hot tub needed repairs but this was a special trip for us and they should have put at least a warning on their website that the facilities were out of order. We paid $100 extra a night and had no clue until we checked in. By then I had already paid for the stay.

Unfriendly front desk, room in need of redo
I don’t recommend this hotel. Front desk staff is unfriendly. The furniture in our room was old and chipped, carpet was old and stained. Amenities were very basic. Bathroom was in major need of a redo, but it was clean. Breakfast is ok. I expected a much nicer room for the price I paid (prices were inflated on the weekend I was there because of a couple of events going on which I didn’t know about before booking).

Nice but room was stuffy
We booked at the last minute. We normally rely on Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott hotels because they are exceptionally. This ok was ok. It was clean, the staff was efficient and the breakfast was good. But our room was hot (but grateful it was a cold night) but when we turned on the air to circulate some air it was extremely loud. So we just slept in the stuffiness. Didn’t want to call the front desk, we were already in bed.

Ken, the night time clerk was excellent--great demeanor and willing to help! Excellent breakfast with very responsive staff. Walk in shower was perfect--thank you! Bothered by a barking dog in the room next door to us--went on and on and then a loud argument between the adults there. While in the bed all the noise came right through to us. Very disconcerting. Having dogs could be a deterrent to our staying here again.
