I have stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was good however this time it was not. The only area that looked nice and clean was when I walked in the front door. From there on it went downhill. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been swept in a month. My room had not been vacuumed, the fridge still had items in it from the previous guest, etc. I asked for another room but none was available. I looked at the bedding which I suspected hadn’t been washed but I had traveled all day, I had already paid for my entire stay and I was exhausted so I stayed that night. Normally I would’ve left and found something else. The next morning I was supposed to get a new room but after I made 3-4 phone calls it was decided they would just clean my room. I took all of my things out of the room so they could properly clean it. After it was cleaned one bed had a down cover in between the sheets and bedspread but the other one only had the sheets & bedspread. After getting in the bed after cleaning it was obvious that I had for sure slept on dirty sheets the previous night. I was thoroughly disgusted. I was there for 4 nights, there was a toothpick on the elevator floor for all 4 days. I’m surprised this was a Wyndham property because I traveled a lot for my job and never had any problems. The housekeeping manager and staff should be reprimanded as well as the hotel manager. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
