"The reservation I had included a refrigerator and we did not receive it until the last night of our stay. We lost our leftovers for two of the nights. I called 7 times and went to the desk twice before they finally brought it. Every time they promised they were on the way with it including the second night when we stayed up til midnight waiting for the promised item. When asking about receiving compensation for the inconvenience and loss of food no one there ever could do anything. I needed to speak to a manager, so far I haven’t been able to even get one even on the phone. The parking was also a nightmare, you pay $23 a night (on top of the room price) but they clearly don’t keep count of how many people are using it because two nights many cars were double parked making it very hard to navigate and certainly not allowing confidence that your car would not be hit or dinged. Overall the hotel itself was nice and clean and M-F the deli inside the hotel will deliver the food to your room. The food and coffee were good. The hotel is also located in a great spot for getting around or ordering food. Based on customer service however I would hesitate to stay here again."
