“Wonderful hotel”

We went to Pittsburgh for an NHL game at the Consol Center and this hotel was the perfect location for us. The staff was great - we arrived post midnight our first night and they were very accommodating. the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a fine touch!! Our room was a great size, very clean and the beds were amazing - so comfortable! Only negative was that we didn't have a fridge in room.

“Great stay in Pittsburgh”

This hotel was excellent! They gave us yummy warm cookies at check-in and the front desk staff were great. Because the hotel is so centrally located, you can walk to all the tourist areas. If you don't want to walk, the bonus is that they have a free shuttle that can take you where you want to go. The restaurant offers delicious organic and local dishes (their perogies are to die for). The room was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. I will happily stay there again if I go back to Pittsburgh.

“we all satisfied staffs service and room condition”

On May 19, we check in very late my family only stay this hotel 11 hrs, but we felt there was a real friendly warmly and convenient place. we would come back to stay if have chance.

“Great Hotel!!!!!”

Staff was extremely accommodating and professional. When we checked in, there were some very loud guests in the room next to ours - we asked if we could be moved and there was no problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - even had a shuttle van to take us around town! The room was large, comfortable, extremely clean - absolutely wonderful! We had never stayed at a Doubletree but definitely will in the future! We just loved the stay!!!!! Besides all that, Pittsburgh is a great city and this hotel represents the best of the city.

“Great hotel”

“Can't wait to go back!!!”

Was in town for the Steelers game with my son, we had a great time...the hotel was awesome...super clean everything you could want!! The staff was great held our bags even after check out..so we wouldnt have to take them to the game...organized transport so we wouldn't miss our flight...when we go back to Pittsburgh we wouldnt stay anywhere else!!!
