This was our second trip to Valentin. Below are the Good and Not so Good. Good: Great Service from Staff. Cafe Sisal was very nice. Yoga session was fantastic. Zyanya, our instructor was top notch. Valentin needs to setup a yoga studio by the beach for her. A lot of people will join. Not so good: Food Quality was good but unfortunately taste was subpar. This is across all cuisines. Taman Sari was unfortunately the worst. Also, would be great to have more vegetarian options at the restaurants.

This was our first time in Mexico, what a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. It was extremely hot while we were down there and the ocean and pool were perfectly warm to get right into.

Large and Clean resort , fun, nice restaurants. Was going to comment on the good service until the last day which left a bad taste on my mouth. Pick up from bellboy was at 5:50am on 5/2. Arrived on time. I was in the bathroom and my husband asked him to wait one minute. He turned to leave and told my husband to call the front desk when we were ready. Really? He couldn’t wait one minute? Then I had to yell from the bathroom that i was ready now! We all left the room and then he asked whether we wanted to ride with him or walk? Now this was a huge resort and walking to the front lobby took time. Then I was like so confused. Wouldn’t we miss my transport then? Very confused with such rude behavior when everyone else seemed so nice. Maybe it was just too early for him? Lol. But didn’t seem professional which left a bad light for the resort. Would not return.
