"Overall loved the location, beautiful view. I will stay here again. Stayed for 2 nights. Pros: location, beach access, check in staff very friendly, parking security very friendly and helpful. Very close to eateries, bars, clubs. If you want peace and quite and just want to relax this is not for you. Most of Rosarito is a party beach, a place to have fun, drink, listen to music, have a bon fire, and set some fireworks. A lot of vendors trying to sell you from peanuts to massages....

"What I like: Staff are very friendly and helpful. My family and I can’t speak Spanish and some of them are bilingual so it helps a lot. They have free face painting and cotton candy for the kids. Have small convenient market, bar in the pool. Great views from the villa. Very safe location. Food and service are Excellent. "Parking lot is an issue due to other vehicles park there from shops across the street so guests can’t find parking spots. "

"It was a 5 night stay, the first night there were a lot of drainage issues. We switched rooms on the second night and there we had no issues whatsoever. Everything was fine. Breakfast was good "

"Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...
