"I gave an overall rating of 2 stars because of the intense smell of ammonia in the toilet. I had to wear a mask & control my breaths whenever I use the toilet. The odor was too strong that I avoided taking a bath the next morning. Please do something about it. Thankfully the toilet & actual room is separated. The room was very comfy & had all I needed. The location is perfect, near good shops & public transportation."

"첫 포항 여행이라서 숙소에 고민이 많았는데, 기대 이상의 비즈니스 호텔 이었습니다. 엘베에서 내리면 시트러스 계열의 디퓨저향이 방까지 기분 좋게 해주었고, 스위트 타입의 룸은 블랙의 가구들과 화이트, 그레이 소품들의 배치로 모던한 분위기를 이룹니다. 특히 아메리칸 스탠더드 브랜드로 꾸며진 욕실은 저희집으로 옮겨가고 싶을 정도로 모든것이 마음에 들었습니다. 비데 일체형 변기 너무 편해서 가격 알아봤는데 가격보고 헉 했네요. 그리고 이곳은 전복죽 맛집이라 불려도 될만큼 퀄리티 높은 조식을 제공하면서, 토스트와 컵라면도 제공하고 있어서 꼭 조식을 신청하시길 바랍니다. 이제 여행에서 숙박의 기준은 토요코인이 아닌 노블리온이 되어 버렸습니다. :)"
