"This is the third time coming to the Nar Bis Hotel and I have never been disappointed. SANTOSH and his lovely family are so kind and generous. The hotel is alittle way out of main Pokhara but well worth the walk ,taxi or bus into town as it is so peaceful and with such amazing views over the lake. There are little shops around for necessities and a couple of really chilled out beach bars a few meters away. The rooms are large and very comfortable and each has a balcony with the best views ever.Free...

Hotel Himalayan Inn
3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (9)
"The room and facilities would have been perfectly good and satisfying, had the price been a bit lower. Instead, the hotel has an air of grandeur that it fails to deliver on. The room I got was small, dark and kind of grotty. The lock barely worked, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and the shower was barely adequate. The bed was a bit firmer than I like, too, but I accept that’s a personal preference."

"The hotel has good potential but is suffering from no maintenance and bad management. In our room alone initially half the lamps, one out of two sockets and the tv didnt work, and the toilet clogged. The hotel was also noisy because they take large groups of indian tourist who make a lot of noise. But the building is beautifull and the location is also very good and the rooms would be fine if they had not sadly suffered from lack of maintenance. "
