“Could not expect more!”

The hotel was very desirable for our needs. We were going to combine our trip to LL Bean with picking our Grandson up at Bowdoin College to take him home for the Easter weekend. We will be using this hotel again this fall during our trips up to Bowdoin for the home football games. The hotel was very well maintained and very comfortable.

“We Shall Return”

We have family in Freeport, so have now discovered a great way to spend more time in Maine and in comfort. (beats the old sleeping bag on the floor).

“A great stat, great price...”

Booked the hotel through Expedia with no issues. Happy to have a breakfast offered (like some of the other hotels in the area also offer - but couldn't pass up the price. The staff was friendly, the hotel still smelled new from the halls/stairwells to the nicely kept common areas. One dislike was that I had a room on the highway side. The constant hum is one thing if white noise works for you but as traffic dropped off during the night the hum was replaced by the infrequent sound of cars passing that did wake me up a couple of times. Ask for a room on the non-highway side if available. All is all though a fantastic stay! Keep up the great work Holiday Inn Express Freeport!

“Can't wait to go back”

Really nice hotel! Very helpful staff...Pool was nice, the spa was not usable do to very strong chemical odor when it was turned on, which was a disappointment, but I would stay there again., hopefully they will fix that.

“Well kept secret”

We travel to freeport periodically for shopping and never realized the string of hotels located so close by. This particular hotel was very nice and looking very new. The available breakfast wasalso very good. We'll definately be coming back again.

“My parents loved the hotel breakfast”

Good hotel - bright clean and the staff was friendly. Every employee from desk clerk to cleaning staff was upbeat and smiling. Location was very convenient to exploring not only Freeport but the southern coast of Maine. I did have an issue with the A/C not working in my room the first night, but the staff moved me to a different room when they were unable to get it fixed. I'd stay there again. Oh and my parents loved the hotel continental breakfast. It wasn't B&B style but there was something for everyone, hot and cold.

“Perfect distance from shopping”

The room was a great size for my husband, myself and our six month old daughter. The bed was comfortable and we had two great nights of sleep. Very close to shopping and the highway.
