"Lovely helpful staff at reception. We had an issue with first room and they were able to move us for second half of stay. Parking is tricky but available. Be sure to ask for a rubber shower mat as the shower base is treacherously slick. About 2 blocks to metro in nice park or several blocks down hill to main (Centro) shopping area and further on to riverfront."

The staff tried to do everything possible to accommodate us but the problem could be solved, besides this issue I fully recommend this hotel. The hotel is great, it does make you feel you are in a castle, the staff is magnificent, they really go out of their way to serve you in every way possible. "
