This hotel is a big resort with 186 rooms and has all the amenities you would expect of a big resort. Its well suited for families but is not the place for couples who are seeking rest and relaxation unless of course you are fine with lots of small children running around. Our experience was however good since the hotel property is large enough to escape the hordes of small children running around.

My partner and I had the best experience! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable! The facilities and restaurants are amazing! Nothing to complain about!! On my partner’s birthday, staff kindly provided a birthday surprise. Thank you!

This resort was outstanding! The room was simple but clean. Yes, a hotel room that was clean is something, specially nowadays when with the COVID excuse hotels are not doing room service everyday (they do!). Well, I was pretty surprised with several things about this hotel, in their simplicity they provided top notch service. The staff is friendly without being hypocrite (not doing that to be tipped). I will absolutely be back and I totally recommend.

Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at so far! The staff is the friendliest and most attentive I have ever seen, very eager to help and will go out of their way to do whatever they can to make sure you are happy even if you don’t speak Portuguese very well!

As good as it gets!!
The single most relaxing time we’ve ever had. Had the weather been better, we would have booked another week. It exceeded our expectations! Highest recommendations. Staff was the best! As an aside, we’ve stayed at resorts all over the world. This by far the most relaxing.

Enjoyed my stay
The hotel is great. The food is specifically delicious. Free of charge transportation to Porto Seguro by boat and free of charge transportation to Arraial d'Ajuda downtown by van. The only problem was to listen a far-right supporter waiter whose ideas are terrifying retrograde. Brazil and the world don't need that kind of person. Far-right ideas led the world to wars.

Beautiful resort on ocean. Not English friendly.
If you or someone in your party speaks Portuguese, this is a nice place to stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. If you don't speak Portuguese, you will have a difficult time here. Most of the notices and information is only in Portuguese. Some employees speak some English. There are no English TV stations - but you will find an occasional American movie or show. The neighboring city of Porto Seguro and the town of Arrial D'Ajuda are also not real English friendly. Fortunately, my wife is Brazilian so she did all of our communication. There was only one other American on the property for the 4 days we spent there - a 4 year old girl from NY.

Overall a nice place to stay
This hotel was nice had a great view and right on the beach. The room was clean enough but do not expect luxury. The staff was super friendly including Fabby, she really made you feel right at home. The food was typical to Brazil. The only issue is check out, since they do not have an electronic way to keep track of drinks and food that you charge to your room, you should expect a good 30 minutes to review and change your final bill at checkout. Other than that, this place is worth the stay compared to other hotels in the area who charge the same but are no where near as classic.

Ótimo custo beneficio, perto do aeroporto!
O hotel é muito bem localizado. Em 15 a 20minutos após sair do aeroporto boce ja esta no hotel ( contabilizando ja o tempo de balsa p cruzar o rio). Independente do quarto em que estiver hospedado, vc estara a poucos metros da praia e piscinas. Recreação acima da media para as crianças. O buffet de café da manha é de boa qualidade. O buffet de jantar poderia ser melhor elaborado. Uma das noites é oferecido jantar no restaurante a la carte. Muito bom. Diferente da maioria das praias de resort, a praia do apaga fogo é ótima e a piscina fica grudadinha, o q permite aproveitar ambas estruturas. A critica fica no processo de check in, um tanto moroso, ainda que o atendimento seja muito cordial. A partir do momento em que chegamos, foram quase 30 minutos até podermos ingressar a nosso quarto. Outra situação que me trouxe um pouco de desconforto foi que no último dia de minha estadia, para afastar risco de um guarda sol voar na praia e machucar alguem, não permitiram montagem destes na areia. Como estava com bebê de 4 meses, não pude aproveitar a praia neste dia, para evitar expo lo ao sol. As areas da piscinas estavam ja todas tomadas, poia os hospedes acordam e ja colocam pertences pessoais para " garantir" seu lugar proximo à piscina. A solucao que o hotel me propos foi de assinar um termo de responsabilidade caso meu guarda sol machucasse alguem. Me recusei, pois não acredito tratar se de responsabilidade do hospede. Acabamos nos contentando com uma mesa proxima à piscina.

Ótimo lugar para relaxar, estrutura ótima, funcionarios atenciosos e simpáticos. Programação infantil e adulta que diverte nos dias que você quer ficar no hotel ou naqueles dias mais nublados. Comida maravilhosa! Único ponto ruim era a internet que no quarto onde eu estava nao funcionava. No salão principal e na piscina funciona muito bem. Tirando isso, todo o resto é incrível!

Só tenho elogios a fazer para esse resort. Atendimento impecável, estrutura do resort e do quarto nota dez, super limpo e organizado. Única sugestão que tenho a fazer é que poderia ter um resumo da programação impresso no quarto para facilitar o entendimento das atividades. Com certeza voltarei ao resort para curtir mais momentos em família e aproveitar a estrutura do parque que infelizmente não tive oportunidade de conhecer pois estava fechado para manutenção.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse estabecimento e se tiver oportunidade farei novamente. É muito agradável, com meia pensão, com alimentação de boa qualidade, sem exageros, bebidas não incluídas, mas com preços justos. Praia agradável, pé na areia, várias piscinas, quartos limpos com bom tamanho. Facilidades de locomoção, tanto para o centro de Arraial como para Porto Seguro (van e balsa gratuitos, respectivamente ). Além do magnífico por do sol que vc o prazer de assistir desse local.
