“Great views”
Clean and close to public transportation. Very good restaurant in front of the tram stop and also a 24 hour shop. The location made it easy to get from the airport to hotel by public transpiration without having to drag our suitcases all over the city. Easy walk to the main square and all over the city.
“would go back”
The hotel was conveniently situated near the old town, within easy walking distance of popular sights. The hotel is modern with reasonably spacious rooms, ours had a balcony. very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and hotel staff were considerate and helpful. Would certainly be happy to return.
“Weekend break”
This was a very nice hotel in a central location with good amenities in the rooms and friendly helpful staff. The breakfast has a wide range of foods but often gets crowded at peak times.
“Great Location! Great Hotel !”
I was very impressed with the price and the location. I was in walking distances to the very heart of Old Town. The tram is a quick walk from the hotel which is very important to me when I stay in a hotel in Prague. Public transportation is so easy in Prague and highly recommended. The breakfast buffet was large with a good selection. My view of the Vltava River was priceless!
“Clarion Hotel Prague”
A spotlessly clean room and bathroom, both generously sized for a single room. All room facilities were either new or recently re-furbished. Considering the price, it is punching well above its weight! The staff were very pleasant and most helpful too. Situated a short walk from the main tourist areas (it is refreshingly much quieter) but a 10 minute walk puts you right back into the action. If you need a no-frills but good quality hotel/room, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
“We were impressed and would go back.”
The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Having air conditioning was a real plus. We had a balcony room which overlooked the Vltava River that offered a lovely place to relax. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food although I would have liked to have a toaster available.
“Covienient, Clean, Friendly, Helpful - What more can I say ?!!”
Situated about 5 minutes walk for the Old Town Suare and about a minute from the river (10 mins to Charles Bridge along the river), the hotel is excellently placed for the old town area of Prague, close enough to walk and far enough away to be quite. Hotel staff were extremely helpful with advice - even booked a taxi back to airport at a good rate, the driver was v friendly and professional. Room was clean and average sized, bathroom was good size, fully tiled and clean, powerful shower and lovely hot water. Bed comfortable - only downside was only one pillow each with no spares 'hidden' anywhere. Air con was very efficient and quiet enough to have on during the night. Breakfast was enjoyable and regularly topped up - fruits and youghurts, breads and croisants, fruit juice, tea and coffee, meats and cheeses, tomatoes,cuecumbers scrambled eggs(surprisingly nice for a hotel) bacon and sausages - then the more - unusual spaghetti and peas!, carrots and cauliflower! But when in Czech!!! One thing I will say is they had plenty of staff in the restaurant at breakfast, behind reception and cleaning. Would definatley use again - excellent value for money, well positioned.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel, great location and excellent service! We would definitely stay there again.
“Prague Clarion.”
The hotel was in a great section of Prague. Just a few blocks from old town. They served a wonderful continental breakfast every morning. The beds were comfortable, free internet service, etc. They do not provide shuttle service to airport which is about $35. That was a big letdown. Most of the staff was friendly, the other staff was very rude. I make a point of that b/c you are in a different country and sometimes you really need the help. Other than that It was in a nice, safe area. There was a convenient store 2 blocks down that I felt safe walking to at 2am.
“Ideal Location”
The Hotel was ideally located to walk to the main tourist atractions such as Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square. Just near a bridge and the walk up the other side led us to a beautiful park with fantastic views of Praque. There was also a really good restaurant there - the onion soup was lovely! The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was there were no coffee making facilities in the room but they did provide us with a kettle when we asked.
