We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! Just for the rooftop, I booked this property. Nice surprise convenient to Metro As well as the garden and walking exploring just around the hotel, the area.
