Everyone was super nice and the property was beautiful and extremely clean. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon! We would absolutely stay here again.

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, drawn in by the pictures online. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations. The room felt quite unwelcoming, mainly due to the cold concrete floor. To add to the discomfort, I found most of the electrical outlets inoperative; the only one I could use was inconveniently located behind the bed. The property is not on the beach, which was a disappointment. The shuttle drive to the beach is short, but the route is not the best view. Given the overall experience, I decided to switch hotels to find accommodations that met my needs for comfort and convenience. On a positive note, the shuttle driver was exceptionally friendly and was the highlight of the staff interactions. However, his warmth wasn't enough to compensate for the overall lack of comfort and amenities. I hope the hotel can address these issues to better align with the expectations set by their promotional materials.

Beyond exceptional! Initially I thought that because it was a hotel, it wouldn’t live up too much expectation but I was wrong. The environment is beautiful, the staff is accommodating and loving, food was amazing. I enjoyed every second & actually want to cry that I’m not there anymore. It was also my birthday and the staff made sure to make sure I felt loved, if I could exceed 5 stars I would. Definitely looking to come back!

I loved our stay at Oasis at Grace Bay. The only thing that could of been better was the dining options. Its really expensive for the quality of food they serve. I also wish there was room service. Other than that, I would recommend staying there.

Property exceeded expectations. The grounds were beautiful and clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, the private access to the beach was incredible, and the one bedroom room was pristine. I would absolutely stay here again because it is also super close to almost everything and they provide free parking. Thank you Oasis at Grace Bay for the wonderful experience.
