Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends.

Beautiful property and friendly, helpful staff. Food at restaurants very good. Buffett ok but I’ve never been to a resort with an excellent one. Only area that could have been cleaner was beach chairs. Lots of cigarette butts everywhere and hard to find a chair not loaded with bird poop. Plenty of clean towels always available though with no limit to cover them up.

Great staff. Hotel was nice especially the private beach. Didn’t get the room we booked but got upgraded ( at a cost). Food was good. Blaze steak house was not very good. Not sure if we would go back.

Loved my stay with Hyatt Ziva. Everyone that works there is so kind… they keep the hotel very clean as well which I loved. If I ever go back to puerto Vallarta I will definitely stay here again.
