I booked th loft room to save money; next time I would pay for a larger room, as there was no room to sit in our small space. There were chairs and couches and a desk in common areas, however. There was also a common use kitchen and laundry facilities."

"Awful, dated "suite" in a converted apartment. Damp and crumbling plaster in one corner, where it sounded like the neighbouring room's shower was actually in our room! Paper thin walls so we could hear all of the arguments in the other rooms. Hotels.com failed to send check in instructions so we had to find someone at the office out of hours to get checked in. Dodgy neighbourhood near the train station, nice balcony but overlooking a busy dual carriage way. Avoid!"

"We enjoyed staying at this property that was a short walk to all of the major sights in Lecce. The room was fabulous and well set up with everything you need. My only detractor is that the shower needed a deep clean and bleach to get rid of some stubborn discoloring in the corners. "

"A beautifully presented villa with a superb garden and many cosy shaded sitting out areas. Clear instructions for entry. Very friendly and helpful who ordered us a very good well priced up market takeaway. She also ordered a taxi for our 0600 flight for E20. Our room was excellent comfortable with drinks and snacks and a good choice from the bar. Perfect as great value hotel for brindisi or early start flight."

( Very bad) 3) Breakfeast was a very modest Cappuccino, pastry. Maximum value € 3,00 4) The house was once a single house but diided to obtain two lodgings resulting in hearing the nois of the other people lodging in the place ( terrible ) In general a very negative opinion not to suggest to anybody Price was overated based on the entire experience. "The staff were kind and professional. However the place seems to have run out of money for the upkeep. The towels were ratty and threadbare. Worse yet the bathroom was a health hazard! Mold everywhere. We were in room #2."

She made amazing breakfasts and adapted skillfully for our dairy allergy so we didn’t even notice that a huge component of the normal breakfast menu was off limits.
