"Nice clean decent sized room. Plenty of choice for breakfast hot and cold. Nice pools across the road by the sea front. Short walk to main area with lots of restaurants. Not many parking spaces, we were lucky as someone was leaving. Streets rammed with cars so not a lot of parking elsewhere. Reception staff wasn’t overly friendly insisting on a voucher from Expedia which we didn’t have but then the manager said it was ok."

"The hotel/resort is old and outdated. It needs serious deep cleaning. The whole room smelled like smoke, dust, and mold. Shower tub has orange stains from people leaving their shower bottles there. Our AC was not working properly and the room was uncomfortably hot - also very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The staff was very nice when checking in and out."

"Getting to the hotel was easy and parking was convenient. It was low season in April so they upgraded me to a room with an ocean view so that was a nice treat. Rooms were clean and roomy with a gorgeous view. Service was friendly. They have a sauna with hot tub that closes at 8 so I went toward the end and it wasn't staffed at all. So I had to find my own towels and navigate to the lockers and use their services in a vacuum but it was fine. It was actually nice to be there, sipping my cucumber...

"This place was like walking in the front door and greeting your family! It was the absolute best hotel we have ever stayed at and being in Croatia was a true bonus! The over the top friendly staff the welcoming reception and the approachable owner was truly amazing for us and our stay was fabulous. "We stayed one night at Hotel Amabilis, and it was lovely. First things first - those views! Incredible. Breakfast outside on their deck with those views?! Special. The room decor isn't to my taste but the room was very nice. And the hotel offers a parking lot just across. We didn't have time to do much in Crikvenica, but we did walk along the water to take in the views, walked for drinks, and walked to the restaurant where we had dinner reservations, so the location was perfect for us!"
