“Wish could go more often”
Great Hotel, located in a popular neighborhood. Good food and service
“Quito's Best Hotel”
This hotel would rank the best that I have ever stayed at from my travels to other nations. The facility, the rooms, the amenities, the employees, the food, the atmosphere, everything was top notch.

“Great Hotel”
Great Service. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything including giving us a flexible late-check out and helping us find a taxi (and negotiating with the driver) on our last day.
“Great Location”
The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful park across the street and easy cab rides to the historical center of Quito. Hotel staff are very helpful in finding tours and the best tour options for various out of town excursions. If you don't speak Spanish Quito is still a very navigable city and the hotel staff will find english speaking guides and taxi drivers for you. Over all a great city and a great hotel!
“An O.K hotel which needs some better services”
This is a good Hotel, but one which is better suited to business customers rather that tourists. On the plus side: (1) My room was as good as it gets; (2) the hotel staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful; (3) the in house restaurant served very good food, at a moderate price. On the minus side: (1) Shuttle service FROM the airport was impossible to access; (2) There are no good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel; (3) Concierge service for hoteliers who are tourists is minimal - the Concierge desk can do no more than distribute brochures but cannot arrange day tours; (4) Internet access is not free; (5) The Hotel lacks ice, snack, and beverage machines which would be useful to late arrivers and early departers.(6) The Room service menu is very poorly designed. It is very hard to read menu items which are printed in a white typeface. In short. I would recommend this hotel for a business traveler who is au-fait with Quito I would not recommend it for a first time tourist to Ecuador.
“It was ok”
Had a computer you could use for $3 an hour which was very convenient. The Marriot is newer and if the cost is the same I would suggest the Marriot

Great location. Clean room,lobby and nice people. From where I was working it was a great location. In and out quickly.
“Vacation in Quito and Galapagos on Mar 2012”
We pretty much used the hotel for sleeping as we were literally out the whole day and late night, but the room was kept very clean and orderly, bottled water regularly replaced, WIFI in the room and the shuttle service to the airport was very prompt and courteous. The hotel location was also minutes to the airport.
