Off the beaten path, CI&S is 4 minutes from RDU. The area is quiet. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. Airport shuttle is available. Hot breakfast to start the day. Close to major highway. Very clean (even the corners) and comfortable rooms.

This property is perfect for solo travelers, especially those in NC for a quick visit. I appreciated the complimentary round trip airport shuttle service and how fairly close it was located to downtown Durham. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very accommodating staff. The only issue I had was that the bed was not made and towels not replaced. Once I asked it was promptly taken care of. The hotel is near the airport and offers a shuttle. Additionally the Chophouse Restaurant is right next door which is super convenient for a good dinner spot.

The only needed improvement I recommend is that the hotel needs to be more responsible for the planet: no recycling !! breakfast uses styrofoam plates !!! and plastic, plastic. Alternative hard paper plates and wooden utensils are commonly used alternatives.

Perfect solution for my needs. My only complaint is that parking at the hotel location, instead of at airport, seemed unnecessarily expensive.

Stayed here one night prior to an early flight. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Shuttle service was prompt and arrangements can be made with the front desk for pick-up/drop off. Very nice restaurant next door that we enjoyed for dinner. Can also order food for delivery if you want a less expensive option.
