"Wonderful hotel which really suited us. We wanted easy access, great parking, apartment facilities, access to Ravenna's sites and the local area and it exceeded in all of these. The staff were so very helpful directing us to local stuff - buses, free bikes, shops etc. ok, it was a reasonable walk into the centre of town but we did it most days and it was no problem - you could always drive, take the bus or cycle. Our week was too short with so many things to see in the area. We would go back. "

"The hotel is a lovely, old building with a renovated interior. It’s in a great location, close to everything one would need as a tourist. The only complaint is that no beds were the same in comfort level. Our friends had a bed that was plush compared to ours, which felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring! "Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....

"Ravenna is so quiet and beautiful and the area was secluded but still had amenities. There is a play area for kids. Lots of indoor/outdoor seating. The breakfast spread was delicious and impressive. They upgraded our room for free. Free wifi! Plus there was an elevator!"
