"Staff are vey attentive, polite and respectful. It is a very relaxing place to stay, peaceful, beautiful and clean throughout the Hall. Rooms are a very good size and very clean. We never tried the restaurant but if the standard of meals from the bar/grill, which we had, are anything to go by, I have no doubt they will also be delicious. Breakfast excellent range of choice and again delicious. We have previously had afternoon tea here and Highly recommend it and also staying here. Great stop...

Food in the evening was lovely and chips best we've tasted and a good atmosphere in the bar in the evening. "Ramside Hall is always an exceptional experience. The grounds, hotel and spa are all beautiful and you feel completely revitalised after a visit. On this occasion I have to give a huge big up and THANK YOU to Leanne -the booking team -who delivered above and beyond to help accommodate me. had to change my accommodation date firstly due to a car crash and secondly when my child care fell through; helping me to accommodate bringing my daughter. She is positive and solutions focussed. She really picked me up with her bubbly approach and her desire to ensure, as a customer, I was beyond happy with my experience. She is a huge credit to Ramside and an ambassador for the group more broadly. "
