The walls are paper thin I could hear people coming in and out of there rooms all night. Even little stuff like coughing or sneezing can be heard through the walls. Also the bathroom doesn’t have an air vent for smell or hot showers so good luck trying to breathe in there. The shampoo dispensers are a girls worst nightmare. Also the hidden fee for being from Redding was ridiculous…… the restaurant closes early and opens late….. just not that great really.

The rooms are right near the highway so it is quite loud. The restaurant on site is convenient and pretty good.

Overall, a clean space to rest. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Walls are pretty thin, easily heard phone calls in the next room. Water preassure in the shower was very weak.

The bed was significantly better than the beds at the Mirabeau in Spokane Valley and other recent hotels at which we recently stayed. Not sure why most hotels/motels continue to have terrible beds that all sag to the middle, i.e., lack any firmness.

Noisy on the freeway side but I sleep with earplugs so it was fine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Safe overnight landing for our road trip
We booked this hotel last minute on our move from wa to ca. the staff was wonderful and so friendly. We had a trailer with us so we were a little concerned about the safety but they reassured us there was plenty of parking, security that walks the property regularly and cameras. It was the perfect little pit stop before hitting the road

I do like to stay at Best Western and stay there often. I do plan to stay at your location again this next week for business. I need to be at work at 5am so I was not able to try the breakfast buffet. I do wish there were option for breakfast for patrons at your location that need to be to work earlier. Also I think that all Best Westerns need to have an option for softer pillows. Otherwise wise a great stay.

Great staff and check-in. Was nice to have pet friendly room near other dogs and dog area with parking right outside our door. Food from restaurant was great, lots of specialty beers in tap. Water bottle filler station is always a plus yet somehow overlooked by a lot of hotels.

The room was not inside the hotel and it’s on another building , far from the lobby and very inconvenient. They said they cannot change the room location due to I booked it at Expedia. Not happy about that.

This is our favorite winter spot because they have a huge pool that they keep confortably heated year round, and a hot tub. But this time I was in the water between the two for atleast 2 hours and when I got back to my room my swimming suit was so faded and had yellow powder. I had to throw it away. Staff is great, breakfast superior, and very clean rooms.

Clean, new hotel to stay. Staff are very friendly and kinds 120% But the roar of highway 5th was made me hard to sleep in the mid night. Most of hotel in Redding are same noise. So I will stay here again. Specially, the restaurants have various good quality beers! We loved it.

This is a great hotel close to done great restaurants and convenient to town and the freeway. The breakfast here is one of the best in the really nice dining area. We look forward to it. Rooms are nice and updated. The area is okay.
