"The onsite bar and restaurant were wonderful. We had the fish and chips and a French dip. Both were delicious. We really appreciated a drink after a long day on the road. We had a dog friendly room and it faced the freeway. It was quite noisy but to get a different room was an additional $30. They required a $50 incidental hold and when I asked about getting it back when we checked out they told us there was a charge of $40 for our dog so we only got $10 back."

"We showed up an hour ahead of our check in time, and they gave us permission to use the wifi while we waited to check-in. The desk agent checked to see if our room was ready, and she confirmed that it was ready, so we were allowed to check in early, and my son was able to do his entire virtual school event in our room. The staff was very kind and helpful."

"Definitely worth staying at, and especially for the rate. Very clean rooms tastefully done, swimming pool, and a nice/simply breakfast spread. One minor deal would be to have a coffee/tea option in the room. The room I had...the A/C wall control unit didn't work, rather had to use the A/C unit itself by standing on a chair to turn it on & adjust the temp & fan. Will stay here again when passing through Redding."

Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge

"Hotel was updated and clean. The parking lot was pretty packed when we arrived so had to park a ways out. There was a complimentary coffee set up in the lobby but it was empty when we tried to get some around 7:30am. We walked over to the restaurant associated with the hotel and they provided some for us free without us mentioning it was out in the lobby - we had fully expected to pay so appreciated that customer service."

"The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean, with plenty of parking and a nice indoor pool. The breakfast room was also very clean and offered a good variety of items to eat. However, it would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended until 10:30 A.M. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put a sign above the brochure stand stating that reservations are required to visit Burney Falls. Overall, the highlight of our stay was their friendly staff."
