We stayed 1 night. The location is literally next to an outdoor mall and Trader Joe’s. The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing that was a bother was the room next to us. I had to call twice regarding loud yelling. It sounded like there were more than 4 people next door having an after party. It was right before 2am they finally settled down. Right after I called the front desk and spoke to a “Mike,” I heard a woman from that room say “quiet down, Mike’s calling.”

Home2Suites is by Dos Lagos Shopping center. It’s a good location and around restaurants. I have an EV car and they also have a charging station which is a plus for us! The hotel is clean and staff are also very nice!
Very clean and safe. We had teenagers running up and down our floor and the breakfast ran out of some of the food but otherwise good.

Everything was nice until we got in bed after a long day of traveling to find the bedding was nit washed. It reaked of body odor. We instantly got out and called the front desk. We were brought new bedding and i had to make the bed up. We got a verbal apology once. I dont like to make a scene or basically demand an appropriate apology so i didnt speak on it but i will not be staying there again.

After no sleep the first night, staff finally did something about the loud music from room next door. So then they decided to start cooking and the entire floor stunk really bad. Not an enjoyable stay.

Booked through Expedia and we didn’t get the double queens like I booked. I don’t know what happened there. I was a little disappointed about that but other than that the hotel was very clean. It’s also dog friendly and close to many shops and restaurants. We would book again and hoped this time we would get double beds.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was not comfortable. Neighbors partying in room next to us at 3am. No towels, which we realized after prepped for showers and bed. Had to redress and find housekeeping to get towels. Location close to stores and restaurants. Decent, but not sure I would stay again.

Asked for the room to be cleaned. Called the front desk to confirm. They stated that it would be cleaned. Came back later and the room was not cleaned as promised. Spoke to the Asst. General Manager and he stated they only clean rooms for stays longer then 4 days. He could not explain why I was told differently. Very Poor Customer Service

There were kids above our room jumping on the bed from 12-2am and then again at 6am through the whole morning.
The staff did nothing and when I complained to the manager he claimed there was nothing he could do for me. I would like a refund or discounted rate for this room. It was truly awful. I am never staying here again.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a super friendly staff. The hotel was clean, and the room was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay there again.
One of the best hotels. Your team is awesome!!!! Only 1 recommendation. There is no linen blankets for the sofa bed. Maybe keep them in the closet wrapped in plastic 👍
Modern room at an economical price, great location
The manager Dennis was friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were modern, bright and clean. I wish the bathroom was sealed with a regular door instead of sliding for more noise proofing. Also the other doors banging loudly on the floor could be heard from inside the room. Breakfast was generous and delicious.
I LOVED THIS HOTEL. VERY CLEAN AND THE BATHROOMS ARE LARGE WITH LARGE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONOR AND BADY WASH, LOTION ECT. I RENTED A 1BED THAT WAS LARGE WITH A KITCHEN FOR A LOW RATE. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST. I WOULD COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.
