Rooms
Air-conditioned guestrooms feature signature Hyatt Grand Beds and 42-inch high-definition flat-panel TVs. Hyatt Plug Panels enable guests to connect their laptops and other devices to the TVs. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Sitting areas, separated from the bedrooms by a partial wall, include sofa beds and desks. Coffee/tea makers, compact refrigerators, and wet bars are also provided.
Bathrooms include granite countertops, hair dryers, and designer bath products. All guestrooms are nonsmoking.

“Clean, spacious and friendly staff”
Hotel was great. Nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and greated us at check in and in the morning for breakfast. The room with two double beds was very spcacious and had a big sitting area with sofa. Great value!

“Nice Hotel”
Had a great stay. Staff was great. Pool was nice. The rooms had a nice layout and plenty of space. Computer in business center did not work the whole time we were there but the staff was excellent about letting us use one of their computers. Overall great stay. Would definately go back and tell everyone else to stay there as well.
“Perfect!”
This was the perfect hotel for a girls' weekend getaway. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with a suite-like sitting area with sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The location is great, too. Close to downtown, but right in the midst of the mall, restaurants, and movie theater. We will definitely stay here again!
“I would be more than happy to stay there again”
I stayed there from Nov.26-30 2008, I truly enjoyed my stay there. Everything from customer service to the comfortable beds were just great. The two double bed rooms were large enough for three adult people to stay in with room to spare. The next time I visit Roanoke I would stay there again.

I only wish that it had an outdoor pool.
“Well done-- very european in function and design”
The room was extremely comfortable with separate work and sleeping areas. Lots of pillows on the bed and a large television that swiveled for viewing in both areas of the room. The breakfast was not your typical continental spread- all fruits, cereals and baked goods. Good for the health conscience, but I would have liked something more substantial.
