The hotel looked dirty, the room was dirty, the sheets had stains, the room had roaches, the wall and lamp shade had holes and what looked like poop. There were flies in the hallway and inside the room. It was a horrible experience

Literally there was roaches, and dirty bedding. Literally doesn’t even have a jetted tub in the room. Literally left early and didn’t stay the night because it was disgusting and didn’t want to sleep there. Wasted my money

The bed and room had a strong Urine smell!
My sheets were dirty and the bed had a really strong smell of urine. The front desk insisted they were clean but I could see bodily fluid stains. THIS WAS A VERY DISGUSTING EXPERIECE. Shame on Hotels.com for being associated with such a disgusting property.

There was nothing I liked. The property, the hotel & room was very dirty. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk. They were outside talking. While checking in the front desk person was one her cell phone. The whole time. I asked for a second room key and was told I could only have one as they did not have enough and needed for other guests. When I got to my room the toilet was running, there was used soap and wrapper on the counter, the fire alarm was off the wall sitting behind the TV with no batteries in it. To stop the toilet I had to take the lid off and push the plunger down and there was a large piece of porcelain missing from the tank. The coffee maker in the room was missing the part that holds the filter. The carpet was extremely dirty. At 9:00 just after taking s shower my door opened without a knock or a warning and it was the maid. No breakfast was available even though it said that it was included. The coffee was basically empty and the ¼ cup that was able to get was ice cold which shows it had not been addressed. Very bad experience all around from check in till the time I checked out. Will never stay there again and will make sure to tell others not to stay there…..

The place was dirty. I can forgive a bit of wear and being outdated...but this was pretty bad. I doubt the room had been thoroughly vacuumed in months, and I doubt it or the halls had been even casually vacuumed in weeks. There was nastyness on the walls (boogers..throw-up?). I ended up going and buying my own cleaning supplies and wiping down EVERYTHING. The same spilled food and sugar sat untouched in the lobby area the whole weekend. In addition to cleanliness problems, it looked like out room had experienced pretty bad water damaged at some point, and the drain in the tub didn't work. honestly, the best I can really saw is there were no bugs and the towels and sheets seemed to have been washed. I also didn't feel very safe. Some of that is my fault for asking for an accessible room that put us on the ground floor, but one night I know for sure I heard a drug deal right outside our window, and there seemed to be a nightly party going on in the parking lot outside our window, complete with domestic disputes, alcohol, and some bad trips.

Worst hotel ive ever been to
Easily the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. It was filthy. The lock on the door was broken, 3 of the light bulbs in the room were dead, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall and laying next to the tv which the remote had no batteries. 2 of the pillows didnt even have pillow cases and were stained. There were no towels. Everything smelled terrible, the walls were stained and there were fruit flies all over the place.

The hair dryer didn't work, only one waste basket, the black out curtains didn't close, the inside lock was broken, the fire alarm wasn't up, and the water things for a fire were taped over, some bugs in the bathroom at night when light was turned on. The staff we encountered were friendly and answered questions.

This hotel needs a lot of attention. Curtains were extremely dirty and even had blood on the sheers in more than a few spots. They also were hanging in a couple area’s. Office chair was totally ripped with all front padding showing and dirty which meant it had been that way for awhile. half of light bulbs were burned out over both bathrooms and bar area. Sadly, I could go on and on. Somebody else was complaining about their room at the counter when I was there. This was supposed to be a suite for $196.00.

The experience here is awful, rooms smell like cigarettes and weed, blunts and cigarettes in the hallways and elevator. There are Cockroachs in the rooms bathroom, the shower vent is stuffed with dirt, there are stains all over the bed an floor. No drinks or food on site. Piles of garbage in the hallways. Half drank alcohol beverages on the check in counter. Cars in the parking lot with headlights smashed out. And the Staff during check in seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Cockroach’s In the bathroom for gods sake. this a Horrible horrible place. Especially for the money

This hotel is disgusting. We checken in to the room had a cigarette butt in my bath tub with some wig hair. Sheets were disgusting, food leftover on the carpet. We asked for a new room and the other room had dirty sheets left on the floor next to the bed, 100 fruit flies surrounding throw up on the floor. This hotel is horrible.

The staff was very nice. The rooms smelled bad, the sheets, towels and comforters and curtains had stains and/or holes on them. They had washed the towels, and linens, but the stains remained.

A horrible place to stay!!
When we got to the Hotel they said they couldnt accommodate us because they didnt have any clean rooms,this was at 10 pm. I wouldnt have stayed there anyway because the place reeked of pot. It was so bad that my son who was in the car trying to find another hotel could smell the pot. I asked to use the restroom in the lobby. The toilet bowl was cleaner then the bathroom sink , it is porcelain at it was all rusted couldnt wait to get out of this place. I was surprised to see you would even list them.

I liked that it was close to restaurants. I hated the lack of cleanliness, the bedding was filthy, towels and pillowcases and sheets had stains on them, curtains were broken and stained, carpets were disgusting, there were bugs in the bathroom, didn't use the shower because there were really no towels that I felt comfortable having on my body. Woke up to 5 Town of Greece police cars and 1 K-9 unit in the parking lot, this was after hearing an entire night of screaming and yelling. My kids and I were fearful.

The hotel needs major renovation. The hotel location is not bad but the hotel itself is really rundown. There are cockroaches in the bath tub and doors. Cigarette and marijuana can be smelled in the hallway to the room. There was actually a hole in the wall and the wall paper just covered the hole. Seriously! There are all kinds of people loitering the hotel and outside the hotel. For $113 on Expedia, I think this price is way too high. BTW - we couldn't even call the hotel with the published number on the hotel website and the pictures on the website is so misleading.

The property is in disarray. The rooms are dirty and smell like human poop. The beddings have urine stains and the carpets were filthy. The front desk service is almost non-existent and if you do get someone you meet with the most unfriendly person ever! It appears that the porperty is being used for other nefarious purposes as "creepy" people walking around the hallway!

We checked in and the lady at the front desk had a cigarette in her hand, that should’ve been my first clue. The walk to our room smelled like smoke. Inside of our room was exposed wires, bugs, broken and stained walls and lampshades. The mini fridge was held up, poorly, by a beer can. One of the kids screamed in the bathroom because they seen a cockroach. I tried to take a shower, and the tub would not drain, because of the amount of hair in the drain. Towels were stained. It did not look like the floor was swept or vacuumed. The ice bucket had water in it already.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was sticky and had black substances embedded in it that made your feet black. There was blood on the bathroom rug towel and all the towels had stains. The toilet had urine on the rim and hair in the sink from the precious guests. The bed was poorly made with wrinkled sheets so we weren’t sure it they were clean or not. The closet door was hanging off the hinges and dust all over the ac unit. Don’t stay here.

Structural issues but a kind staff
The room was clean but had some structural problems. A light was out in the bathroom and the shower rod was coming out of the wall. The faucet in the bathroom wasn’t clean. There weren’t any towels in the bathroom and I had to get them myself from the laundry. But….we left something in the room and the front desk worker got it for us and is mailing to our home. That was very helpful and kind.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Don’t be fooled by the photos. This place is disgusting. Carpet stains everywhere. The service was abysmal. The staff was yelling profanities at each other when I was trying to check in. As I arrived another family was cancelling their booking and leaving because the place was so dirty. The whole place smells like cigarettes. My TV was broken. There were hairs on the bedspread and it looked like someone takes naps in there.

I never such a bad experience at any hotel like this one. - very bad staff. Receptionist was rude. She would not let us talk to manager. Dirtiest room that I ever seen. Floor, bed sheets, furniture, bathroom…all worst. - when we complained about dirty room, house keeping got very upset and shouted “I am quitting this job”. - we booked for 2queen bed room. But when we arrived at hotel, we were told that only king room available. After multiple requests, all of sudden receptionist found 2 queen bed room. - in hotel lobby, one young couple was having fight and hotel staff would not care about it. This was totally unsafe place to live in.

The hotel was filthy. There must’ve been a stripper party held in the Whirlpool Suite we were assigned because there was glitter everywhere even on the bed. Curtains were dirty (looked like blood) and I had to use pliers to keep the jets on the tub on during my stay. The size of the room is great, however this place should be inspected by the department of health before continuing operations. When you ask for the manager they tell you that he will be there in the morning. When you come down in the morning they say he stepped out, then when you call they say he won’t be in for a few days. You check out and call for follow up and they take your name and number, yet no one ever follows up. The “Manager” just hides behind the employees never showing face to customers. They didn’t offer any type of compensation for this stay which costed me $162,(for $200 I got one hell of a beautiful room) still gave them a second shot and it was worse than the first time! When I walked in the room to disinfect surfaces my husband came across a pile of ashes on the windowsill, and I can’t forget that the towels and washcloths were filthy stained with who knows what (thankfully I brought my own, because even the replacements were stained as well. Blanket was shredded, no extra blankets for sofa bed in room (which my daughter slept in). Lack of cleanliness and proper functionality. This was just the second room if you saw the first you’d probably freak out! They house welfare clients here as well.

Looks like the town homeless, crackheads and hookers were given a free place to live at this “hotel”. When asked it the room was non-smoking, the answer from the “front desk” : “supposed to be”. My clothes reeked of bad odor and smoke when I left that place. Never again. NASTY

Made reservations through Expedia for this hotel to spend 2 nights, after driving 7 hours got to the hotel at 3am front desk lady said im giving you a refund we don't have rooms available, so whats the purpose of making a reservation and paying for it ... very disappointed not only on the hotel but also at this Expedia app, never again

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel the staff were pretty ok I really have no complaints on them but out side the Hotel was dirty there were people everywhere begging for change in standing around panhandling we checked in around 345 and just put our bags in the room we came back about 2 AM and went to take a bath because we paid extra for the jetted tub which is like a Jacuzzi tub and there were two bars of soap that the previous guests have left in the There we went unable to check into another hotel being it was so late so we could not do that so we kind of have to suck it up and stay there we let that so go try to make the best of it we got into the tub and jets didn’t work
