"Great location, great facilities in the apartment, though there was little space around the bed. Also, the coffee machine did not seem to work. Maybe a simple cafetiere would be easier and better for the environment?"

"Very well located within Rotterdam Central area. The area is a little busy and noisy because of all of the bars around, however it made it convenient when looking for a place to eat, etc. Museums, parks, and transportation are all within walking distance. Staff is young, dynamic, and always super friendly and helpful. We were two adults travelling and we enjoyed our stay."

"Arrived at the hotel to find we couldn't get in. No instructions emailed to us. Went online and found previous reviews and comments that said to go to no.92 to get code to unlock door. No-one knew anything at no.92 and a guy who worked in the shop next door said that there had been problems recently. Tried calling hotels.com and the owner direct. No response. Emailed them. Hotel.com wouldn't help. We couldn't get in and had to go elsewhere. Now hotel.com refusing to refund the money. It was a...

"Quirky shaped corridors and clean, quiet rooms. The advert had said city views but that certainly wasn’t the case in my room which looked over a busy crossroads! However, rooms were quiet and access to trams and Metro was excellent."
