Lovely suite. Staff were helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags while we explored the area. Our bags were in our room when we arrived.

Be warned we had to lay out a €100 deposit on the room, that wasn’t on any of the pages on their site or Expedia. Not the end of the world of course but would of been better to have known that in advance and for the hotelier to be up front about these things. Overall a decent, albeit slightly creaky and noisy building when anyone left their room or walked through the tiny corridor to their own room, but again not bad, would return

The representative admitted that they sometimes just delete incoming emails without reading them. I had emailed the hotel twice before arriving without a reply. It took 2 requests over 2 days to fix the drainage of our shower so that we could take more than a 4 minute shower without it overflowing into the bathroom. Our room ( 418 ) was comfortable and had a nice view, but only 4 hangars and no other "amenities". It was in a good location for our needs and easy to walk to from Rotterdam Centraal or a tram stop.

Nice hotel but small room
Good experience but I had better! Very small room! Location: Good, at 10’ walking from Centraal Station. Check in: Good, quick. Additional tourist tax had to be paid, I didn’t know that. Check out: Very good, quick. Room: A nicely decorated room, all in black but small, very small! I had a room on the top floor, under the roof, being 5’9’’ I touched the low ceiling constantly, with my head. Small work space where also kettle & coffee machine stands, my laptop just fitted. Just! No place to put your clothes away, just a hanger, no place to put your suitcase. No bar/fridge. Nice bed and bed linnen. TV has Netflix & Videoland but you need to sign in with your own account. For foreigners that doesn’t work. Bathroom: Nice! Good shower and enough clean towels. It was raining, umbrella was not available.

The location is good. I do not know if I will return to this property as the air conditioning did not work for at least 10 days ( I stayed for 14 days). Bizarre air conditioning where I had to WhatsApp the reception every time I wanted to switch on or off.

Decor was very nice though very dark. Excellent shower. Room size is small and may be a problem with lots of luggage. Excellent service and friendly front desk. Free cappuccino.

Average - Lots more improvement needed
The hotel rooms are very very very tiny so I do not recommend it for people that aim to arrive with lotsa luggage. The lights in the room are always dimmed and you can’t control them, to a point where it gets very stress to find things in your luggage. I understand the aim to create an ambiance but lets be honest, it is not relaxing to try and find stuff from your luggage in a 5m2 room, with dark colours and has got dimmed lights. I must say I think the staff can be a bit more cheered up, often we felt like we were staying there for free or sth. Ofc there were one or two staff members that understood what positivity actually meant but for the rest I must stay, there is some serious training that needs to be done. We also had some problems with the heating/cooling in our room, not designed for guests to control I guess but we got over that at some point. We did not have a good experience here and I would not recommend. I was going to arrange/suggest this hotel for our clients that frequently fly to Rotterdam, but I will definitely not do that now. To be fair I will talk about the good sides too. Good sides: Good location, shampoo etc smells really good, clean rooms, availability to drop luggage before check in time

Ik vomd de accomodatie leuk en was super mooi en chic. Maar nummer 018 was gelijk in de lobbie en was te roemorig bij de balie, waardoor het moeilijk was om te slapen.. door de herrie werd ik elke keer wakker. Er werd geen rekening gehouden dat er andere mensen daar zijn. Ik zou het in ieder geval niet aanraden om bij die kamers beneden te logeren.

Het is een prima hotel, maar bij het inchecken spraken ze Engels en niet iedereen spreekt Engels. Jammer dat het hotel in een wijk is geplaatst. Optie: Privé pakeerplaatsen is wel handig.

Das Zimmer war durchgehend eiskalt, es gab keinen Föhn, keine gescheiten Spiegel und Lichter, keine Minibar, Parken sehr teuer und schwer zu finden, direkt daneben ist eine Grundschule und dementsprechend Lärm, Kaution von 100€ welche man nur mit Kreditkarte zahlen konnte und auch nicht bar zurück bekommt

Very disappointing
We arrived earlier than the checkin time. The receptionist greeted us at the door (not even allow us to enter the facilities) and since the rooms were not ready she refused to store somewhere our luggage (although in the comments we saw this was the case). When we went again on time (15:00), my room was still not ready and i waited in the room of my colleague to be informed by mail when it would be ready. I went to my room to check the cleaning status by myself (15:30) and the cleaning lady told me it was ready. The mail arrived at 16:30, 1h after the cleaning was finished and 1.5h after the official checkin time. The rooms are tiny small, nothing like what they look in the photos, the heating system hard to control and in dutch, the cleaning was not the best, since under the bed there was a lot of dust and in the bathroom there were footprints from shoes. Also the decoration is in black and grey colours without a lot of lights, which made it hard to find something in your suitcase if you didn't put the luggage under the lamp.

Superbe hôtel ! La salle de bain est fantastique . Cependant une caution d’un montant assez importante nous as été demandé à notre arrivée , cela n’étais pas stipulé. Et elle as mis une bonne semaine avant d’être restituée .

check-in was a bit weird as when reserving through platforms does mot provide a code you need to check-in, so it took a long time. the floor of the shower was a bit dirty. otherwise the bed was very comfortable, all the utilities worked well.
