Normally we get a lot of compliments that you staff are extremely friendly and our valets assist all guests with their luggage. Our rooms are built on 3 ascending streets thus it is not possible for all the rooms to face the forest. We do apologize for this as well.

Good Day Thank you for the feedback and for pointing out the aspect of your stay that you found upleasant. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the discomfort that you experienced. I assure you that these point are taken very seriously and have been brought to the attention of the management team. If you can send me your name and booking confirmation number we will be able to investigate the original booking info, sent 11 month in advance. I would be able to check why the rooms where not allocated next to each other or why we did not have the information about the amount of family members or the bed status. Normally we allocate the rooms as per the exact booking received via Expedia and unless specific booking request have been made, we provide our standard service for 2 guests. Our Arctic TreeHouse Double Suites are designed to provide a cozy cabin for a couple. The room also features a nest like bed (cupboard) that is suitable for 1 child. Our Double suites can only accommodate a maximum of 3 guests and we do not provide extra bed in the rooms, as the space was not designed for this. We do make a point to place the size of the rooms and a list of our facilities and amenities on the booking site, so that guest are aware of exactly what they are booking. We do this in order for guests to have the correct expectations on arrival. Our check in and check out time is also published on the booking site in order for guests to plan their itinerary. During the holiday season we require maximum time in order turn around a full hotel for the new guests due to the unique design and layout of our cabins on the landscape. Please note that unfortunately it is close to impossible for us to allocate rooms or change rooms of guests on arrival at reception. January is our high season and our hotel is usually operating at maximum capacity. All our rooms are located within walking distance and for guests that do not want to walk we offer a 24 hour valet service. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our hotel facilities. Please note that two of our room categories does feature saunas but on this occasion you did not book rooms with the sauna feature. Our Glasshouses and Executive Suites are perfect for accommodate larger families and both of these features a sauna, large family size bathrooms facilities and spacious lounging area. We hope that you will consider to come back again in the future to give us a chance to provide you with a new experience. We will be happy to assist you with booking the perfect room for you and your family.
