The rooms are relatively spacious, but has no insect or mosquito screen, so need to keep your windows closed. No lifts in the hotel so be weary if you have big suitcases to carry up the stairs

Really nice property with fantastic views. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. This is a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Would stay here again.

It is definitely a luxury hotel, we were very comfortable and could definitely relax. It does raise concerns staying in a place this fancy when local community/villages don't benefit that much from tourism (they try sell little gimicy things that for the most part you don't want). Would be great to see a bit more benefit to the villages and community.

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and we're very helpful in helping book tours and transportation. They also provide free transportation to the town center. Highly recommended!

The hotel grounds are gorgeous and clean, maintained regularly. The rooms are large and clean. Staff is very attentive and friendly. One of the hotel staff reached out to me via Whatsapp and was so responsive with providing us transportation from the airport to the hotel and would arrange tours for us while we were there. Would definitely recommend a stay here and the views are gorgeous.

This place is certainly extraordinary, but dead as a doornail. Most people stayed in town, probably because you don’t have to be shuttled to town. My suggestion is to stay in a homestay or hostel which is more lively than this place.

The resort is nice and clean. The staff is exceptional. I don't write reviews very often, but I write this time for the staff's hospitality. The manager (Steven) set a good example for his staff. He is energetic, friendly and is very helpful to his customers. Breakfast offers many choices for both Westerners and Asians. The areas around the resort do not offer much, but a five-minute rider to the main drag in town is a good alternative.

Great hotel with AMAZING staff
Had a great stay here in Sapa. I cant comment on some of the other hotels in the area but everything here was great. The hotel common areas were well kept. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The one thing I missed was the lack of a bar area for happy hour to enjoy the sunset. But other than that was completely happy. The best part of the stay was the service. EVERYONE was very friendly and helpful. I injured my leg on a hike and the staff checked local hospitals to see if they had braces available and even drove me to a few pharmacies. The manager Steve was really nice and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When I go back I'll definitely stay here.

This hotel is beautifully setup with the most wonderful staff! Everyone is extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and the Mountain View’s are spectacular. We loved the balcony in our room! The property is clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens/landscaping and it’s set in a quiet area close to the town center.

Best hotel in Sa Pa
By far the best hotel in Sa Pa. From the service of the hotel staff to the hotel facilities, everything was perfect. Steve Tan, the friendly GM, always make himself available and leads by example by being at the hotel lobby everyday. He together with his staff were exemplary in making us feel at home.

AMAZING resort! The perfect place to stay in sapa. Excellent service and excellent facilities. We had a wonderful time, great room with beautiful Mountain View! Great breakfast and spa. We came for 2 nights and immediately booked the third one :) highly recommended!

Staff are very helpful, friendly, professional in making our hotel stay a cozy and wonderful one. Guests are given hot towel and welcome drinks upon arriving the hotel after long and tiring journey to Sapa. Check in hotel is efficient. We were also received by hotel’s GM, Steve Tan who is very friendly, warm and gave us travel tips in Sapa. His exceptional personal touch has made our stay a memorable one. Hotel is well equipped with great new amenities and nice ambience. We have indeed enjoyed the hotel facilities and cozy environment. Excellent!

I came in rainy season and needed a 5-star in case I got rained out, which happened. Room: I had a deluxe king room. Room 626 was a corner room, spacious, nice bath. I'd recommend it, though all the deluxe rooms are great. They built the hotel into the side of a mountain. It's hard to get a bad view, unless you’re getting a room labeled that way. The Lobby is actually the top floor. I'm here on off-season. I found it super quiet up here. Bed very comfy. Sheets crisp white. Sapa is in nature, so a lot of people do experience bugs at other hotels. I did not. I think they spray discreetly to minimize that. SPA: I got rained-in, so thankfully the facilities were great. The hotel has a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. These are SOOO key if you're coming during rainy season. It’s a bit chilly. Also a great perk if you’re doing a lot of activities. Spa is on the lower floor, so you can enter the hotel from there if you’re walking up to the resort. SERVICE: I had a SNAFU on booking and though the hotel was full, and it was 4am, staff really tried to help as best they could. I'd double check reservation for Asian countries if booking through expedia and arriving at odd hours like I did. The managers offer a VERY high level of service. They must know that it can be difficult for non-Vietnamese to navigate. I'm limited review length, but seriously, I have more stories of staff going out of their way in 2 days then I do during weeklong stays in other places.
