The breakfast and welcome cookie were nice. Staff were nice overall. It was clean. But we had some very rude neighbors making noise and messes until 1am or later, and the front desk would not do much to stop it. Also they made a huge mess in the fitness center which was still not cleaned up the next afternoon.

I have nothing against the property itself but huge problem with Expedia. After realizing last week that we had erroneously booked our one night stay for this week instead of last week, Expedia was ridiculous in any help. Said we could change to another day but would charge $600 penalty fee although hotel had plenty of rooms available. Ridiculous. Don't use EXPEDIA, horrible!! They don't try to help at all
