The inside of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was great, easy checkin. The outside area and property are a bit rundown and not so attractive.

Lighting was bad, especially in the bathroom (way too bright!). Bathroom door scrapes on the floor. Coffee service did not include creamer, sweetener, or even a stirrer. No blinds on bathroom window. That said, the beds were comfortable. The rest of the issues wouldn have bothered us more if we hadn't been so tired from our river trip.

Friendly staff. Recent updates in some areas. Screen torn on storm door/screen door. Seal on shower stall not in place.A little more TLC and this vintage motel could really be awesome.

This was a fun room. It has some quirks, like the bathroom door didn't shut and there were no towel or clothing hangers in the bathroom. We had an issue with the hot water which was fixed right away. Great people working there.

Not as advertised
The condition of the room and hotel site was pretty dismal. 7 foot ceilings, no closets, front door and bathroom door were very sticky and difficult to open and close. Trash and empty beer can by the front door upon arrival. Just not a nice place.
