This hotel loses a few stars for a few reasons: the bathroom persistently had smell, the towels were very thin and could only really be used once, and unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on around the property right now (December 2023) so if you are easily woken up by noise, then the construction will wake you up at 7:30AM every morning.

This is a wonderful hotel in a very nice neighborhood. I walked every day to Pelourinho. Very nice staff and very friendly. My room was spacious with a King sized bed. Shower water pressure was amazing. Internet was excellent. TV was excellent.

Na hora do check-in demorou demais pois tinha um grupo de hóspedes fazendo confusão com os quartos e só 1 recepcionista. Fora isso foi tudo certo.

good, safe and clean, breakfast not so good, not even the coffee. lovely staff .property away from restaurants.takes about 1 hour from the airport by metro, £0.70 pence near LAPA metro stop.

We were there for carnaval, 4 of us. The location is great, accommodations are comfortable and hotel very affordable, breakfast had a good variety of good choices, and the staff super friendly. I am Brazilian and live in Miami for a very long time, definitely recommend this hotel. The only negative is the fact that they dont have a pool.

Located within walking distance to the old town. Turn right outside the hotel and keep walking for about 20mins. Clean and reasonable.

It was a nice stay in a primo location on a street with a tree canopy and walking distance to museums and equal distance between the beach at Barra and the historical area. The lobby was warm and welcoming. However, but the hallways and rooms should be painted with tropical accent colors that reflect the lobby decor. They looked bland and uninviting. If the staff had a bit more facility with English it would be helpful to guests who do not speak Portuguese. However, the front desk staff was helpful and willing to take the steps to make your stay enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but pretty clean. Shower was really nice, great water pressure. Lobby was nice and clean. However outside the rooms the corridor area was not exactly pristine, the carpet had seen better days. We did not have breakfast there so we cannot comment on that.

hotel not bad but too small
My room was very small. It was uncomfortable due to that. The TV has limited English speaking channels so I watched the video channel the whole time. The staff was attentive. I asked for this so called ocean view but of course did not get it so my room faced another building so I had not privacy. I just didn't care after a while that a bunch of people probably saw me naked.

Nice, clean hotel with good location.
Nice hotel to stay especially if you use airport bus services. It stops and picks you up right in front or opposite side of the street. Also not far from the best dining and beach district of city. Business hotel, lacks a bit of atmosphere - decently priced.

Safe location in Salvador
This was a quick trip to Salvador, with a car to park and in need of a good sleep. The price is right, new installations, good breakfast, strong wifi signal, and safe parking inside the property. No view, bare room (but comfy bed!) and nothing fancy. Good choice for people who need a good hotel without the bells and whistles.

Hotel was very nice with the exception that there was only one elevator working and many times I used the stairs and Wi Fi didn't work well in the room.

Tail of two hotels
Upon arrival the hotel lobby is one you would expect to see of a 3-star hotel but once you get to your room the feel and smell is one of a cheap motel. One take away - the staff was friendly - although they spoke no English.
