"Food great. Staff's English poor. Katarina VERY unfriendly. Internet access terrible. Staff misled guest re this. Said they would fix. Never happened. "Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Our room was spectacular. My husband got sick during the trip and the hotel allowed us to stay 2 hour longer before going to the railway station. The hotel staff also checked us in earlier without charging early check-in fees. Very friendly and accommodating. We certainly will be back next year. Excellent hotel, highly recommended."

"Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring. We didn't travel halfway around the world just to hang out in a hotel room."

"We loved everything about this property as you can see. The staff were super helpful, great rooms, breakfast, pool area. We loved the location as it was walking distance to everything but not in the thick of everything. A nice place to go and relax at the end of a full day of sightseeing. Fantastic ice cream shop next door"
