"No carts at 8pm, no extra kleenex or paper towels. I called the front desk, the girl said we would have to walk to the front office, which is from one end of the hotel, to the other end, mind you, after making 2 extra trips to the car in 90 degree weather and haven driven all day. Many hotels we have visited in the last 20 years will go that extra mile when they are by themselves but not this hotel, or the girl is just lazy. "This is a really cool motel with an old-mountain-town feel nestled into the side of a hill on the main highway. Our room (103) was very clean, quiet and opened onto a small deck with a nice view. "Really special little gem. We were greeted with friendliness when we arrived. We spent most of the evening swimming in the outdoor pool, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room is cozy and smells nice and clean. The beds are more firm, which I like. Everyone slept well. I would love to stay here again if I’m in the area."
