Property Amenities
This slender, stylish hotel is located on one of São Paulo's most elegant shopping streets. Avenida Paulista, the city's main business/financial center, is seven blocks away. In addition to an acclaimed restaurant serving all meals, the hotel offers a distinctively decorated cocktail lounge that's a local favorite. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Rooms
This 22-story hotel has 57 spacious guestrooms with sleek, contemporary design. Entertainment centers include LCD TVs and DVD, mini-disc, and CD players. Desks are paired with Eames chairs. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. Beds are topped with high-thread-count cotton sheets and down pillows. Two-drawer refrigerators offer dual temperature controls. Bathrooms have double-size showers, telephones, plush robes, a lavish array of toiletries (including fruit soaps), and toilets have temperature-controlled seats and warm-water wash. Guests are welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit plate, 15-minute massage and butler service.

Emiliano - Well-spaced tables in a modern dining room and adjacent glass-roofed atrium. Contemporary Brazilian cooking with Italian accents. Open from early morning until late evening.
Cocktail lounge - Minimalist decor with distinctive chairs fabricated of draped golden rope. In narrow passageway between restaurant and lobby.
Recreation
A fitness room, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms are on the hotel's top floor. The fitness room contains cardio and resistance equipment and LCD TVs.

Spa
The hotel’s rooftop spa offers a Jacuzzi, sauna, 24-hour fitness center, and three cabins including a bathing room with a view of the city. Spa therapists offer shiatsu, relaxation, reflexology and lymphatic drainage massages, as well as exfoliating treatments, facials, and other services. Aromatherapy and a natural, toxin-free cosmetic line for men or women of all skin types are used.

“Excellent property and service”
Stayed 4 nights over New Year. Property is a tall slim tower in the beautiful and upscale Jardins area and close (up a steep hill) from Paulista Avenue, a main thoroughfare. High-end shops and restaurants abound in this wealthy and very safe neighborhood Hotel and staff exceeded highish expectations. Public areas and rooms are immaculate, spacious and stylish. Hard to think of any room amenities that are lacking. Staff were especially warm and thoughtful. Room service on New Years Eve (local restaurants were closed) amounted to setting up a restaurant sized table in the room and serving a full dinner. Lovely experience and very reasonably priced. Didn't try the spa or rooftop heliport! No pool or outdoor space may concern some but easily outweighed by the property's quality, location, style and service.
“Excellent attention in the heart of Sao Paulo's Chic neighborhood”
It's a boutique hotel with a very friendly staff. Staff will call you by name when you arrive. The rooms are modern but comfortable. If you like Champagne, they have a Champagne Bar where you can try several brands of the bubbly. Just a few blocks from the best restaurants and shops in Sao Paulo. Had a great stay. Will take my wife next time.
“Not cheap, but worth it”
It is definitely not a cheap hotel, but the service is very good, the location is fantastic and there are some interesting amenities. The spa is small, but charming and well equiped. We would like to have had the brunch, but we thought it was a rip-off. Overall, a very good hotel.
“Great Staff/ Average accommodations”
I am accustom to a 5 star world-class experience. Emiliano comes close, but is not quite there. Their staff is great in their genuine desire to help, but their execution needs some work especially when it comes to the concierge who just spits some rehearsed bull at you. I can see they have a lot of potential, but lack the experience a first class hotel staff must have. The actual accommodations where the best that I experienced in Sao Paulo, but were not quite what I am used to. My next trip I plan to try out some of the 4 star hotels in Sao Paulo because from what I heard they are similar and Emiliano and Fasano but half the price and even though I am not opposed to spending top dollar on a hotel I also do not like to over pay.
