“Great Room, Perfect Location!”
We could see the beach from our balcony, huge room, just like an apartment it even had kitchen utensils (plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses that I wanted to take home -but didn't-) . Very spacious & the bed was super comfy. I wish the TV had been in the room though and not in the living room, and the bathroom was the only part of the room that seemed outdated but hey it's a bathroom. We were steps away from the beach and 2 blocks away from the village, where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. We had a great time staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!

“Charming little place, close to everything”
I liked almost everything about this hotel. My only minor complaint is that the room I stayed in was smallish and had a King Sized Bed with no side tables and also no reading lamps. The only lighting was the big overhead ceiling light/fan and it wasn't the best for trying to read in bed. I would also have liked to have had a full length mirror. The location was ideal for me. I enjoyed being able to easily walk to the restaurants and bars. I liked being able to park right outside my door. I will be staying there again next week and have already booked a weekend in April.
“Living large at the beach”
Great place to stay. Was like stayinging in a small condo fully furnished with all the cooking utensils to stay for weeks..I wish. The only thing that I recommend the hotel does is have a shack at the beach to dispense beach chairs, towels and offer rental on snorking gear, kayaks, etc. Would and will stay there again. Can't wait

“A Top- Notch Resort!!”
Honestly, the resort was extremly clean and neat. My boyfriend and I sincerely have nothing to complain about as the room was properly maintained. The front- desk attendants were extremely polite and very helpful throughout our stay and provided beahc rental assistance as well as ideas for nearby dining with maps and such. We would strongly recommend this Resort to anyone traveling to Siesta Key!!
“Sarasota's Best Kept Secret!”
i love this resort! my expectations were very low and I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. the beach is one block away and very private. the staff was helpful. the pools are not too impressive, but who goes to the pool with a breathtaking beach two minutes away? this resort is within walking distance to all the bars in town. (do not go to oyster bar!) the neighbors across from us had a terrible experience and only had bad things to say about the resort, so I suppose it is what you make of it. I loved this place and have recommended it to everyone I know!
“Best vacation”
This is a small friendly place. Nice surroundings. Only a 2 min walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and a grocery store. It was convenient not to have to drive everywhere. The staff was friendly and quick to bring beach chairs,umbrellas, extra towels etc.I did miss a dishwasher in the kitchen, because it was great to be able to use their barbeques for dinner. We actually extended our stay for another 2 nights for a total of 11 nights. Overall a very pleasant memory of a great vacation.

“Would stay here again”
This is a very nice motel with renovated rooms and good service, maintenance staff. It really is a block from the beach and from the Siesta Key Village, it is a great location. My only comment is the pull out sofa was not acceptable as a place to sleep, badly needs replaced. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
