Let’s start with the positives. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good. The condition of the property is very run down, it wasn’t clean or maintained consistently around the pool area. The photos are pre Covid which the manager admitted to when I complained about the property not being presented as it is in Expedia. The pool looks great in photos but there want even sun lounge cushions to lay on. Floorboards around the pool were rotting and in fact one guest put her foot through a board. Access to the pool was a huge step up and the tiles around the pool were slippery and loose. The toilets kept blocking up in many of the rooms.

Once all the amenities are open and Bali is booming again this will be a great little hotel if you like clean, friendly on a budget accomodation. Unfortunately there's not enough tourist dollars just yet to have this great little place running at full capacity. Hopefully things change sooner rather than later. Do recommend 👌

Positives & Negatives
Let’s talk about the positives first - good location to beach - nice pool very clean - clean room & cleaned everyday - friendly staff - on a great street for food & drink However - our air conditioner was very poor & the hotel do not allow you to keep it on during the day (by giving us only one key card) so the room gets hotter as the day goes on - we asked for a fan however it was taken away from our room without us knowing after one night - nice rooftop bar but 21% service & tax added to an already pricey drink - busy road, it sounded like the doors to balcony were open, you will get woken up!

Great Wi-Fi. For the budget, a very good hotel. A bit noisy with traffic outside my room but I drowned it out with the internet. Great staff, very helpful. Would recommend for the price. Good air conditioning. Terrible buffet breakfast.

Ok for a short stay ...
Went with my daughter, stayed in a pool access room. Room is pretty small, beds comfy. Breakfast is very simple, choice of eggs, toast, fruit, croissant, cereal & 2 types indonesian food. Location is ok, about 10 min walk to beach. Staff are really nice, first day air con was leaking & got that fixed quickly, 2nd day toilet wasn't flushing but had to wait until next day to fix. Overall it was ok, maybe for a short stay.

1st time i stayed was in June & i ABSOUTLEY loved it so had to book my stay with them again :) Such a cute hotel, literally around the corner from the beach, restaurants shops & bars! The staff are so welcoming & friendly, they speak english which is a bonus, Arya has been incredible! I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided.

The staff was really friendly. One of the receptionist even called a GoJek for me on his personal phone when my phone wasn't working. The hotel is also in a great location. It is walking distance to the beach with beach clubs such as La Plancha as well as eateries, grocery stores, and shopping. The hotel, however, was dated. The mirror was spotted and rusted. The shower head was old and dirty. The couches and chairs in the lounge were dingy. There was no freshness to the hotel at all. It is probably booked often for location alone, but I will not be staying there again.

I have really bad experience at this hotel. I am not recommended anyone else. The pictures and really does not match. The bathroom is really dirty. I rejected to stay at this hotel. I booked another hotel. The hotel room is too old it is does not match the pictures.

Heart of Seminyak close to shops, beach and Pool
The location is excellent for the beach and shopping. We liked it a lot. The hotel is nice and the breakfast buffet good. A great place with a nice pool and staff. They just need to sort out the smell from the drains in the room while we were there as that is the only unpleasant thing.

OK Hotel for what you pay
It was an OK hotel and definitely fine for what you pay. The bathroom had a real smell and might of been related to the cleaning products. Good location and Wifi worked well. Foxtel was also a plus!

Nice stay
The room we were put in was a bit dated. Toilet was weak and ended up not working the morning we checked out, but those are my only complaints. Staff was friendly. Property was located on a less busy street with good restaurants and cafes to choose from. It's worth it to pay extra for breakfast. Food was delicious and had plenty of options.

The hotel staff are helpful. Hotel location is not very good, it’s on a very noisy street and no effort has been made to soundproof the hotel. The drainage in our bathroom was poor resulting in a damp smell and constantly wet floor, if not sorted the fabric of the building will be affected.

Amazing service!
Overall great landing spot. First room was with balcony which had a gap when closed, giving all the noise from traffic also walls were dirty. Moved to room without balcony, much nicer. Very quiet and clean. Shower didn’t drain well and left standing water for the 3 days I was there. That could be in part to not having my room cleaned while I was there, which I chose. The breakfast was good, several options, juice, coffee and eggs made to order. The pool was nice. The service is the best! The welcome was great and every encounter during my stay was very pleasant.

We stayed here expecting it to be good considering the reviews online, but we got here and our room didn’t even have a window despite it being a “deluxe” room. The managers response was “you have a window looking onto the corridor though”. Not really acceptable considering we didn’t want people staring into our room, and a corridor isn’t exactly the best view.. Breakfast was really poor. Hardly any choice, not fresh and gave one of us food poisoning. Not the best way to be spending my time in Seminyak. Overall, definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Budget Hotel
On arrival room wasn’t ready for check in at 2 so had to wait another hour. Inside the room air conditioning was broken however quickly fixed by maintenance man. Shower did not drain properly as tiles were not slanted to the drain and left a constant puddle. Towels smelt of cigarettes and soap which were uncomfortable to use. Budget hotel nice location but not very comfortable and right next to busy road.
