Good Choice and if on a Tight Budget
This hotel is great for a budget stay. The location is great, it was clean and seemed safe, and it is inexpensive. However, it is overall run down and gloomy. Our room had had a recent partial makeover. Whilst walls and furniture were scuffed and old, the bathroom and kitchen seemed very new, albeit a renovation done down to a price, as doors did not fit and grout was missing. The sole member of staff in the lobby was friendly. The lack of hotel amenities is compensated by a many options nearby.

The room I got looked like it is still being constructed. The bathroom door wasn’t able to shut completely. The light was broken. But good thing was the staff was responsive and change our room quickly upon request.

There were holes in the bathroom wall tiles in front of the toilet and many holes in the grout in the shower. Originally planned to stay two nights but left after one. The door did not have other safety locks to prevent others from coming in. The only lock was with the key card. Hotel seems cheaply constructed as well, which is what you would expect for a 3 star, but safety was a huge concern.

The worst stay experience in Jeju. The facility is not well-managed or maintained at all. Room condition was very poor and not clean at all. Things are not working so I needed to change rooms several times. They really need to hire more people to clean the room and manage the quality of condition. The only thing was good is one of the famous markets is just across the road. I would not go back to stay this hotel.

The 30-min hot water limitation was a big turnoff
We chose this hotel because it was near the mountain where we intended to watch the sunrise. The view from the room is beautiful. Although we read about the 30-min hot water limitation, it still came as a big annoyance especially when travelling with small children.

Customer service is bad, reception doesn’t speak English, unable to communicate with them. On my second day of stay, I left my key card with the counter and informed them to please clean my room whilst I am out for the day, the person at the counter doesn’t seem to pay attention and my room was not cleaned when I returned.

Clean but quite old and worn hotel, twin rooms are quite small. Location is convenient, near lots of food options and just directly opposite the local 5-day market. Short drive to seongsan ilchulbong.

Good Location but Mosquito & Sewage Smell Problems
Unready Room/ Mosquito Problems/ Terrible Sewage Smell in the bathroom! My family booked the Ocean View Suite for one night (Thank God, it was only one night stay). So this is what happened: after we checked in around 4 pm, all the lightings inside our room were not working and the sewage smell in the bathroom was terrible so we immediately requested the room change. Unfortunately, the hotel's receptionist told us that the entire hotel rooms were booked for that night and that the refund was unavailable. In regards to the problems with the lightings, hotel's electrician came by and told us that it may take a few hours to fix and that he has to work inside our room so we were asked to leave the room for a few hours. During the three hours of waiting, we did not receive any calls back from the hotel notifying us whether or not the problem has been resolved. Instead, my husband had to constantly call and check with the hotel to see if the room is ready. Almost around 8 pm, we were able to return to our room. Again, the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell, and besides that we weren't able to sleep at all due to the mosquito problems! (My husband caught 4 mosquitos in about 30 minutes at midnight.) I wonder why there was a mosquito repellent spray inside our room. This tells us that previous customers must have complained about the mosquito problems to the hotel and the hotel had knowledge about it so they placed the repellent spray inside the room.

It had one of the best bathrooms I've stayed in while in South Korea. But the cleanliness left a bit to be desired — mirrors and glass had marks from previous users, bathroom and kettle trays weren't wiped, under the beds was loads of dust (I dropped something under the bed and that's when I noticed). Perhaps as the desk clerk pointed out, I only booked a "standard" room so the cleaning was only standard as well. But even the hallways to the elevator were not vacuumed during my three day stay.

Clean n nice hotel
Clean and nice environment. The only dissatisfaction is the toilet roll holder was fixed at an angle that hard to reach. Other than this, it is almost perfect.

The place is clean and room is spacious. We just paid less than 1/2 the price the night before at another hotel that was just as clean and spacious though. We picked this hotel because there was a pool advertised as included and its not. We went to look and see if it was worth it to pay extra and the staff kicked us out afyer the front desk staff said we could go look. I also picked the breakfast option & our room wasn't on the list for breafast, so another hassle to take care of. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, but the communication with other staff was terrible. The breqkfast was mediocre for the extra cost. The ocean view we also paid more for was a view of the parking lot and horse farm next door. Lol i wouldn't pay more than 80k a night knowing what i know now. I think we paid $135.

Hotel is in very good location and it does not look like old hotel. But the maintenance inside of room was not that good. Bathroom is not clean enough. Towels also have some smells. Parking space is also not convenient to access to the hotel.

This property is worth the value, clean and new. One point was being advised that the hot water in your room will only last for 30 mins, after that, 45 mins had to be waited. Although I didn’t experience any problem with that, it’s worth to know.

Unpleasant Hotel Experience
Stay is really unpleasant. Too many hotel rules set and responsibility lies with the guests, such as make up room needs to be informed at front desk before 12nn despite turning on this clean up button in the room. If you missed informimg the front desk, no make up room is available by then. All amenities are to be collected from the front desk as well. Having breakfast at the cafe needs to be paid up front first before being led to the table. We are not allowed to charge to the room. Using swimming pool in the hotel is also being charged per usage. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced and will never come back to this same hotel in my next visit to Jeju. it is misleading to call itself "hotel and resorts" when above are unexpected experience to begin with!

One of the best hotel in the area for the price
Try to get the premium suites because there is a wooden bath tub where you can enjoy your own private onsen and the space is much larger . Wifi is fast . Free parking is provided at the back of the hotel . Breakfast is adequate . There is a black pork restaurant to the right upon exiting the hotel . Wonderful meal , must try .Hotel is a Good base for exploring the area attractions like Seoptikoji , Sunrise peak (mere 10 minutes drive away for sunrise )
