Very basic accommodation - no toothbrush/toothpaste provided but very good value for its price. Rooms are very spacious too.

Property is in need of an update. Beds were rock hard. Window had a partial view of Seongsan Ilchulbong but mostly of the hotel next door. Check in was fine but otherwise front desk staff were unhelpful.

Convenient
Very near to the Port into the Udo Island. Within walking distance to Seongsan Iichulbong. Convenient store and a restaurant just located at the Ground floor of the hotel.

Good but basic
Nice, decent but very basic. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Air conditioner will switch off automatically after a while, inconvenient to us. Rooms for 3 only provide one blanket for the double bed. Extra blanket needs to be paid. No tooth brush. Close to Sunrise Peak and reasonable price. Good for a stay before going to the Peak for the gorgeous sunrise watch.

Very close to seongsan iichubong. A good choice if planning to see sunrise. Room is clean with spectacular seaview, but no facility.

Easy stay
The pillows are very comfortable, which is remarkable as for some strange reason, hotel pillows usually suck. The duvet is very comfortable too. The location is ideal, within a short walk to Sunrise Peak and the pier for the Udo Island. Reception staff spoke good English, which is uncommon in small town like this.

Clean hotel
Thank you for free upgrade. Polite staff. Clean big room. About 40 mins to airport by cab no traffic jam. No toothbrush provided.

it is not close to the mountain park. the front desk services ends at 11pm. the style is more like a B&B but no basic breakfast provided. I request higher floor but the "hotel" misunderstand and gave me Second floor....

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied in our hotel. Walking to mountain from our hotel can feel it's far. but we have ocean view in front of our hotel and we place in middle of the mountain and Sungsan harbor so you have advantage that easy to approach both, U-do island and sung san sun rise mountain(peak) than the others. Actually we provide breakfast to who made a reservation about breakfast service in advance when you check in or before you come to our hotel by call or e-mail. but we want to say sorry that only these few days we couldn't provide breakfast because of the situation of restaurant. Also we feel sorry, even you request high floor we couldn't arrange you high floor, because we ruled that room arrangement is followed by booking date. if you come again we will try to be better than now. please come again. Thank you. :)

Nice hotel in a village.
We stayed only one night in the hotel. We wanted to climb the volcano so we decided to sleep close to it since we cannot drive and we had our suitcases with us. The hotel is very close to the volcano so that's great and is next to a GS25 (the local 7-Eleven). I guess it is very good compared to some other hotels which did not look in a good condition. It did the job (the bathroom is clean but there is no seperation between shower/toilet/sink). The room is spacious, we had a balcony as well and staff was very nice. Bus stop of routes 701 and 710 are very near so that's convenient. Just note that the location is quite remote, there is not a lot to do around. There are several cafés (Starbucks and all local chains like Paris Baguette) and there are also few local restaurants but that's basically it. It's a village really. If you really want to stay near the volcano, then the hotel is a good option, otherwise just keep driving...

The room was clean and check-in was a breeze. Close to various attractions, making it a convenient location for getting to Udo Island or the Sunrise Peak.

Beautiful Neighbourhood near Seongsan Ichulbong
Short 5 minute drive to seongsan ichulbong. Good location to stay for those intending to climb the mountain early in the morning. Room was comfortable and clean. Value for money!

A clean and comfort Hotel near by Seongsan Peak
I would give 5 stars out of 5 for this Hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. Other than that, the room is very clean and big. At the ground floor there is a G25 convenient store. Walking distance to restaurant (less than 1 km) but at night it seems like no activity nearby and it is quiet. Its location is suit for those who like to go up to the Seongsan Peak in the early morning to view the sunrise. We stayed at level 2, it seems the Seongsan view has been blocked by a under construction building. I guess if you are staying at higher level you may see nice scenery of the Seongsan Peak.

Breathtaking view in Seongsan
Arriving Jeju in an early flight, we are lucky to have slightly early check-in that we can take a nap before the new year eve countdown party in Seongsan. The view is very nice outside the window, and probably not many hotel here can offer you this sea view.

The hotel was a lovely surprise, especially for the price. One minute's drive from Sunrise Peak, right on the water and close to everything. The room was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

솔직후기 사장님 매우 친철하심 객실 뷰 좋음. 욕실 오래된듯 벗겨지고 조명이 어드움 물이 잘 안빠져서 내손으로 하수구 열어서 손보고 씀. 기본으로 있던 샴푸와 바디워시 내용물이 바뀐듯함 어차피 잠만 자는 거라서 크게 상관은 없었지만 다음에또? 라고 묻는다면 글쎄요~ 입니다

가격대비 조용하고 숙박시설이 넘 청결했다. 보통 오래된 건물에서 나는 곰팡이냄새도 없고 욕실도 청결했다. 많은 모텔 호텔 리조트를 가봤지만 역대급으로 청결한거 같다. 호텔에서 도보로 5분 10분 거리에 식당도 많이 있고 저녁에 호텔주변 바닷가쪽으로 산책도 좋았다. 1층 라운지에 책도 비치되어있고 사장님도 친절하셨다.

대부분은 좋았으나 욕실 상태가 불만족이에요.
성산일출봉을 온전히 느낄 수 있는 위치에 있어서 좋았고 대중교통도 바로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 직원들이 친절하고 도움도 주셔서 감사했습니다. 다만 욕실의 청결 상태가 만족하지 않았습니다.

편안하고 빠른 피드백
숙소 화장실에 세면대 물이 바닥에 고이는 문제가 생겨서 프론트에 멀했더니 바로 고쳐주셨네요. 키 맡기고 갈 때도 좋았고 궁금한 거 있으면 바로바로 답도 해주셨어요 편안하고 안락했습니다

안녕하세요. 호텔아로하입니다.저희 호텔을 방문해주셔서 감사합니다.투숙 중 불편을 드린점 사과드립니다.저희는 지자체에서 권고하는 수압에 맞추어 사용하다보니 5층 객실은 수압이 좀 낮게 느껴지는 부분이 있습니다.불가피하게 이렇게 운영 할 수 밖에 없는점 양해 부탁드립니다.즐겁고 안전한 제주도 여행이 되셨길 바라겠습니다.건강관리에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
