Excellent location,
The resort is beautifully located among 3 other hotels. It’s very convenient, and have many facilities. Overall it was a great stay but few things can be better - overall the rooms are not very well maintained - when we arrived drawers were not cleaned, same goes for under the bed etc - 1 day housekeeping did not clean the room properly, just put things back into the place, without mopping the floor etc - restaurant at Landing does not so all carte dinner and only does buffet at 139k KRW per person which is a bit expensive as one doesn’t feel eat a lot during dinner

Good location, close to theme park and food junctions. However, hotel service need to be upgraded, the staff still knock the door in middle of night despite ‘do not disturb’ sign is on. Pool entrance is also cost extra, 35k won per adult!

Small workout gym, swimming pool, spa, all the facilities are an extra charge of $30 each time you use it. (Not per day) The breakfast buffet is $40. The water park ticket is $50. They provides theme park 3 rides coupons though. When I asked for one more bottle of water, it was an extra $2. I strongly recommend not staying at Landing but at Marriott.

The property was good. Very family oriented with to much to do with kids. A lot af restaurants around the area. The staff is very friendly. Accessible to the water park and Theme park. The thing that I don't like is you have to pay extra for use the hotel pool.

Pros The staff at the property are exemplary - Polite, quickthinking, fast on their feet exactly the personnel you would expect at such a resort Cons The walls are paper thin- if there's someone yawning loudly in the hallway outside you will hear it from your bed. If there are people talking loudly outside you will hear it as if they're next to you
