Easy checkin and checkout. Location was perfect for food, shopping and transport. Free use of washer, dryer, international adapters as well as kitchen facilities make it a very convenient and enjoyable stay for our family of 5

Room was small but great for the price. The guesthouse did not respond to messages about check-in, which they request in the Expedia description, but they man the front desk so you just have to go to the guesthouse to check in.

It was like student dormitory with very small rooms and shared kitchen. Was not so clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location.

Clean environment and spacious for 2 person. Friendly and helpful staffs when asking for direction and places. Need to walk up staircase as there isn't any elevator.

Thank you for reviewing us. We could assist with everything, except the space ^^;; However, your stay seems very satisfied after all!! If you have stayed at Bunk bed style room, we recommend you to try Double bed room. There's bit more space than others. ^^

The location is great. Easy walking distance to the subway and to Myeong-dong Shopping Street. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the bathroom is fine. The walls are very thin though. When other guests arrive past midnight and are talking and laughing loudly, it’s difficult to sleep. If the rooms were more noise-proof, this place would be perfect.

Simple, but great location and value
Simple room with bare necessities, but conveniently located right next to the Myeongdong Street market. My room had 4 beds (2 bunk beds) so it is a perfect place to crash with friends after shopping through the night. The front desk spoke English, which is great if you don't speak Korean.

Very friendly Owner, convenient location, easy check-in & check out. It’s safe, pantry has sufficient things for a comfortable dining and the rooms are cozy.

Great Stay at Be my Guesthouse!
I had a great time at B my Guesthouse. Ji was helpful, his English is great and he ensured that I had a positive stay. I would say the service there is exceptional. He knows the area very well and can help you get anywhere efficiently. The guesthouse location is great. There is so much access to food, entertainment and shopping all around. There is laundry there and it is super cheap. The wifi internet connection is stable and faster than my home. I was able to upload my travel videos online quickly. There is a kitchen you can use. One time I needed something ordered online and Ji helped me out and got it shipped to the guesthouse.

Guesthouse was everything as described and very welcoming. Rooms were cosy and amenities well equipped. Owners warm reception and recommendations was very wonderful as well. We had a great time and thank you for the pleasant stay!

Highly recommended! Nice place and near to myeongdong street, namsan tower and other places. Sir Ji was nice and friendly. I will stay again here when we go back in korea. Kamsahamnida!

Awesome place to stay!!!
Love, love, loved this place!!! Awesome staff, especially Ji, they all spoke excellent English, and were extremely friendly and helpful!! The room is very comfortable and very clean. Plus the shower has an awesome rain showerhead. The location is very convenient as well. I recommend this guesthouse very highly!!

Wonderful
We felt comfortable staying there. We will definitely book room(s) there if we come back next time. We felt satisfied with the room which is really clean and comfortable enough for us - the travellers. The guesthouse is located in a place where is so convenient for us because it is close to metro, train stations and close to shopping malls where all girls like us prefer. Moreover, the owner and staff of the guesthouse are so kind and helpful.

Pleasant stay with friendly owner and staff
Overall, it was a good choice to stay here although the uphill climb to reach the guesthouse was quite a challenge to our lungs! Friendly owner and helpful staff (fluent in English) are this guesthouse's star feature. There's a big book in reception area containing F&B recommendations in popular areas such as Myeongdong, Insadong, Hongdae etc if you're on a foodie trip. Attentive staff noticed our group left the room key in common area and stayed up late to wait for us. They are more than happy to help you carry your luggage bags to your room as there's no lift. We felt bad though, as our bags are so heavy! Stayed in the 2 double-decker room and we had to take turns opening our luggage bags due to space constraints. Cleanliness is not an issue at this guesthouse - common areas, room and bathroom are clean; but guests need to inform reception in the morning if your room needs housekeeping (clearing of waste bins, etc). Will return for sure! :)

Hotel staff were very courteous and patient. We appreciated the assistance they provided and the drawing they gave us. Room is clean and met our basic needs. We stayed in a rather warm winter and heat is centrally-controlled (guests cannot adjust temperature inside the room) and we found it too warm inside and had to open the window instead. There is no passenger elevator in the building so elders who do not want to walk upstairs daily may want to live on lower levels.

Very Good!
We stayed at the rooftop room of B My Guesthouse. The room is spacious for the 4 of us. The bed is comfy and there are 2 toilets with 1 shower room. There was free breakfast of sandwiches and drinks. The owner and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The location is accessible - near Myeongdong station,Seoul Tower, Namsan Park and Namdaemun Market. Overall, we were happy with our stay :)

in the heart of Myeongdong
its took my friend and i a while to look for the hotel in the freezing -4 deg Celsius but upon our arrival, we were greeted very greatly and the guesthouse owner was very welcoming. although the room was small, it was perfect and lovely for us. it was very easy to find food as Myeongdong street is filled with street snacks and restaurants.

My friends and I stayed for 5 nights. Location was good, as it was within walking distance to Myeong Dong. The only challenge we had was dragging our luggage up the steep slope to the hotel when we arrived on the first night. Guesthouse had no elevator, but the friendly staff there offered us help to carry our baggages to our room and also brought it down for us when we checked out. The room was very small but clean. Breakfast consisted of this squash and mustard sandwich and americano coffee (same menu everyday). Milk cost extra as Koreans normally take their coffee without milk. The owner and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Since we stayed for 5 nights, we were supposed to get a free cartoon drawing of our group. However, on the day when we checked out, the cartoon wasn't available. The owner was really nice and went out of his way - Not only did he email me a copy of the cartoon drawing, but he also sent me the original copy of the cartoon by mail! I was truly impressed by his customer service. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone without knee problems (due to the steep incline to the guesthouse and the bunk bed setup)

It was all good. But the hotel location was not easy for us to get it at first. The staffs are very friendly and helpful though. They even help us to search for the routes to get to some places we wants to go. It has been a great stay. Thank you!
